Missing breakfest for free

No english speaking staff at a 4 star best western and the reception staff tried to charge us 5 times more (180 pesos) than a taxi did to drop us to a local restaurant as it was raining (2 km from the hotel)

The lighting was very dim, and hardly any sun got in the room. You definitely need to improve the lighting.
Beds were comfortable. Our room was a good size, but we saw other rooms which were very small. I felt bad for those people.
