The location is great. Close to all the downtown spots. Has a great view of the city. Cute balcony in girls shared dorm. Rooms are free of mosquitos. Hot water.
The staff needs to be trained. While being there, they charged me every morning they saw me in the lobby. My bill had been paid already. They should train there staff and use a system that takes track of things better. Kitchen staff like to gossip
The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable and it was in a nice quiet area so I had a great sleep. The rooftop terrace was amazing!!
Wifi reception not great, but you can ask to use their laptop so it's not a problem. Breakfast is a slice of bread and banana.
the staff the nice.
it took 3 taxis to find the location. one of the taxi drivers used his cell phone to call the manger for directions. The location is miles from the center of town. the staff leaves the hostel at night and you are left alone. for us it meant being left alone with a group of barely legal age kids drinking until 4:00am. they broke the door down, partied with hard alcohol and disrupted the guests. It was the worst night of travel for us. we left the hostel, the city and the state the following morning. I would not recommend this if you are looking for a good nights rest after sightseeing.
Location was great (quite near of the city center and next to the city view).
Location. It's a cool hostel, clean, original and quiet. Nice rooms (I stayed in a private triple) and shared areas are in great conditions. You can have a bike for an hour free and then 50 pesos hour.
Breakfast is fair.
Everything is quite good! Clean room, beautiful view on the 2th floor. Very nice restaurant and wonderful Mexico's food, particularly friendly sweet staff.

Very good location. Right beside historical center
Nice hosts, clean and comfortable, great location. I would definitely go back.
The inclusive breakfast was disappointing, and the coffee weak.
Liked the attentiveness of the staff and owner, Victoria, who went of their way to accommodate my leaving early the next day for an early flight.
Surprised that I was charged for a towel, as this was not mentioned in the booking.com listed.
the view from my private room did open up to a fabulous outdoor seating patio with a sweeping view of the surrounding area. with all the lights in the evening view. That was the high feature for this place. The bed was at least a queen size and comfortable with decent pillows.owners were friendly, and took to critiques well. and use of cool bicycles was a fun feature.the neighborhood was ok, you could walk to a plaza that had bohemian type cafes with outside seating. pizza, beer or coffee and breads.
being new, they have some fine tuning to do. there wasn't a single place to hang up anything in my room or in the bathroom/shower. the door to my private room couldn't be locked from the inside. they addressed the situation immediately, said they would work on bringing a coat rack into the bath to hang towel and change of clothes. really wasn't hostel friendly as they had no common kitchen,or computers. I might check them out in the future next time I visit Queretaro
Really good location. Nicely decorated - with a very personal touch. Brilliant terrace.
Only wifi in some rooms.
Helpful staff, good location, clean.
Super friendly staff, safe and well-tended building. Nice environment for a hostel. Awesome view. Location was pretty ok.
My booking.com reservation was not honored; they gave my room away to somebody else because they didn't check their email to receive my booking. I would suggest calling to ensure you get the room that is advertised. Breakfast was a joke.
Staff, terrace and dining area, free 1 hour bike rental included with stay, cleanliness, location once I found it.
Property is a bit difficult to find if you're not familiar with the city. More assistance getting oriented in the city and/or suggestions on what to see would be helpful.
Very nice reception and great staff. The hostel was recently opened when we visited it (two weeks) so everything was new and very clean. The terrasse is really great with a view on the aquaduct and especially by night an highlight.
The breakfast is very small although I don't need much (it contains a small yoghurt with cereals, one toast with mermelade and a banana each day) noisy people on the street and cars go by also a little noisy
