El precio es accesible. La atencion al cliente es nula estuve marcando desde una semana antes de mi llegada para pedir datos de como llegar y jamas hubo una respuesta. El dia de mi llegada no podia dar con el lugar porque carecen de indicaciones y el personal NUNCA atende al telefono. La puerta de mi Bungalow no cerraba por completo y el personal no hizo nada al respecto.

El lugar es acogedor y práctico. Hay privacidad y es tranquilo. Me gusto la tele por cable y la idea de que es como una casita No hay ventiladores o aire acondicionado pero es imposible abrir las ventanas sin mosquiteros porque se meten arañas enormes y mosquitos. Sería ideal q pusieran vajilla completa al menos para dos personas. Ojo con la limpieza del refri. Unas toallas más nuevas y jabón y shampoo y algo para lavar los trastes sería ideal o de lo contrario indicar que el huésped lleve sus cosas. No hubo a quien entregar las llaves al salir.

Relativement économique, et jolis petits studios Emplacement dans un coin un peu perdu et vraiment pas joli, important d'avoir une voiture pour se déplacer. Le pesonnel n'est pas sur place, donc problématique quand on a un soucis (pas d'eau chaude par exemple....)

el servicio la limpieza pantalla de plasma no hay letrero visible en la carretera el estacionamiento estrecho al igual que el acceso de tierra que dificulta la maniobrabilidad del auto,

Las casas en sí son cómodas, limpias, fácilmente accesibles, el personal sumamente amable y atento. Excesivamente caro para un lugar que esta a pie de carretera que sí bien no genera excesivo ruido, no esta en el centro de Tepoztlan como su precio por noche podría sugerir.

Me gusto que esta amplio ya que cuenta con comedor y cocina a demás del cuarto. El baño esta bonito y limpio No había jabones, le falto señalamientos para llegar

Me gusto la atención del personal a mi llegada y durante mi estancia, muy amables, las instalaciones son prácticas y funcionales. El acceso no es muy agradable a la vista y para accesar con coche estorban chatarra de coches y el piso que no esta parejo, el lugar de estaccionamiento es para un coche chico, por lo que se causa un problema de estacionamiento. Falta agregar un cortinero y cortina al baño para evitar mojar todo el baño sobre todo si hay varias personas. Requiere mantenimiento en llave de agua del lavabo del baño, no sale agua.

Me agrado mucho el establecimiento, muy limpio, muy comodo, ideal por si vas con otras familias ya que una familia grande se puede establecer en los otros bungalows y seria muy economico. El lugar es realmente acogedor. Me parecio que el lugar esta en un sitio apartado y solo, como buena citadina me senti algo insegura por eso, pero al final todo estuvo muy bien.

La habitación es agradable, limpia, en un lugar accesible. Buen precio. No sabía que no dan jabón, dan solo1 toalla chica por persona.Sábanas limitadas.

Comfortable and clean, basic little apartment. We were double charged for our room. We were charged a couple of days before we arrived, and then again when we checked in. They would not reverse the credit charge. Eventually they deposited a refund into my Mexican bank account, but if I didn't have a Mexican account, I'm not sure how I would have got my money back. I could have recommended this accommodation to others, if it weren't for the double-charging.

Me gustó mucho el bungalow, esta comodo, muy limpio, la pequeña cocina tenia sartenes, platos, vasos, cubiertos y platos, respetan mucho tu intimidad y tiene estacionamiento. El personal tiene muy mala comunicación con los huespedes, mejor dicho es casi nula, no hay recepción o algo para llamarles. No hay señalamiento alguno para encontrar los bungalows y estan medio escondidos.

Están muy bonitos los cuartos y muy completas las instalaciones, cocineta completa con utensilios y mini refrigerador. Bonita vista, un lugar muy limpio y seguro. Apesar de estar en la carretera no se escuchan los ruidos al interior de la habitación. El estacionamiento podría ser mas largo para que el coche entre de frente y no de lado. Cuando marque para preguntar la contraseña del wifi no se la sabían.
