Score from 260 reviews Very good
One hour lane to check in, The rate is too high and no wifi included nor breakfast.
Near the airport
Location. Ease of access. Friendly staff. Comfort of room. Cleanliness
Location was fantastic!
In comparison to other airport hotels, this was more noisy, the bed was too soft.
The Mexican restaurant was far too expensive and the food far too mediocre. The decor and condition of the restaurant is outdated and bad. We wondered why it was so empty when we were seated. A bad choice.
Big comfortable bed, excellent location at the airport terminal.
Took me 15 minutes just to check in + 10 minutes waiting in line and it was midnight! Bathroom needs refurbishment.
You get what you need... it's close to the airport. Everything else is just OK. Nothing more to add.
They charge for the Internet, as all Camino Real hotels -God knows why- do.
Beds are great.
The lobby and check in is very slow and there is a lot of noise. There is not order at all when you arrive and is hard to know where we should stand while checking in
Hotel is so near to the Airport......i walked in from airport.
When I checked in, they did not find the booking.com reservation, and the Price was $30 higher that quoted by this site and they did not budge!
The room was very clean and quiet
It took a long time to be registered - the bed was too soft making it difficult to sleep. We arrived at 2 p.m. and were told the room would be ready at 3 p.m. and they would not register us. They should have told us this before we stood in line for 30 minutes.
The location of the hotel and convenience in accessing the airport. The facility is good and everything works fine. The cleanliness and courtesy of staff.
1. The Concierge do not assist unless a guest calls them. 2. That guests have to pay for Internet. 3. That a bottle of water and tea items are not provided.
nice room + bathroom
Wireless not included.
Very clean rooms
They charge for everything! WiFi, water. You don't have coffee or water available in your room. If you choose it for closeness to the airport and simply to get a good sleep, this is not the best choice at all.
Location close to the airport. Shuttle bus from and to the airport
No free wifi. Comfort on the rooms
We liked the close proximity to airport.
As soon as we arrived at the room we began feeling itchy and finding bites on our legs. We attempted to take a shower, but the drain immediately backed up and flooded the bathroom floor. The staff did give us another room but we still were itchy and uncomfortable. After arriving home from our trip we found several bed bugs in our luggage. We have been feverishly cleaning our house for the past two days since our trip. Just wanted to warn any other travelers!!
Location is perfect, it is an old hotel but very nice and with character. Right at the airport.
Internet costs 20 USD. Internet should be one of those free things. Some staff was nice, others were rude or not very interested. Queing for check in was far too long, especially after a long flight, people seem to come in front of the line all the time, no one cared.
The comfortable bed
The cockroach tha we found
The position close to the airport
It is acceptable if you have just to sleep for a night and then flight
Close to airport so i could travel the next day
- front desk: rude, not competent - open space: lots of noise - slamming doors
Bed was comfortable
Parece hotel de paso Queue to check-in was ridiculous - from the counter to the bar There were no apologies from the check-in staff for this long wait, and when I mentioned it to the girl, she was rude and non-apologetic and even had a smug laugh The hotel is old and shabby The windows are not double-glazed. I was stuck in a corner room that had horrendous noise from the airport. I asked to change rooms and was put in another room on the other size of the hotel - it was worse! I had a pounding noise of the generators below all night. Given that this hotel is situated right next to the airport, having decent double-glazing is a minimum you would expect. There is an additional charge for internet which is just ridiculous. This is a 2-star hotel not worthy of a 4-star price tag.
Good position in front of T1.
Hotel is a little overcharged. Wi-Fi is chargable only (€ 3 one hour, or for 24 flat, but always expensive). How a five star hotel can't offer a free wifi as all hotels do? At the mexican restaurant waiters demand a tip (!!) they charged my card with 10% tip while i would leave it cash!
It was practical if you have had a long flight and you want to rest to take a next day flight.
It's old, the carpet in the hallways makes it hard to roll around the suitcases, and the color theme is weird.
