Hotel is so near to the Airport......i walked in from airport.
We liked the close proximity to airport.
As soon as we arrived at the room we began feeling itchy and finding bites on our legs. We attempted to take a shower, but the drain immediately backed up and flooded the bathroom floor. The staff did give us another room but we still were itchy and uncomfortable. After arriving home from our trip we found several bed bugs in our luggage. We have been feverishly cleaning our house for the past two days since our trip. Just wanted to warn any other travelers!!
The comfortable bed
The cockroach tha we found
The position close to the airport
It is acceptable if you have just to sleep for a night and then flight
Close to airport so i could travel the next day
- front desk: rude, not competent - open space: lots of noise - slamming doors
Bed was comfortable
Parece hotel de paso Queue to check-in was ridiculous - from the counter to the bar There were no apologies from the check-in staff for this long wait, and when I mentioned it to the girl, she was rude and non-apologetic and even had a smug laugh The hotel is old and shabby The windows are not double-glazed. I was stuck in a corner room that had horrendous noise from the airport. I asked to change rooms and was put in another room on the other size of the hotel - it was worse! I had a pounding noise of the generators below all night. Given that this hotel is situated right next to the airport, having decent double-glazing is a minimum you would expect. There is an additional charge for internet which is just ridiculous. This is a 2-star hotel not worthy of a 4-star price tag.
Good position in front of T1.
Hotel is a little overcharged. Wi-Fi is chargable only (€ 3 one hour, or for 24 flat, but always expensive). How a five star hotel can't offer a free wifi as all hotels do? At the mexican restaurant waiters demand a tip (!!) they charged my card with 10% tip while i would leave it cash!
It was practical if you have had a long flight and you want to rest to take a next day flight.
It's old, the carpet in the hallways makes it hard to roll around the suitcases, and the color theme is weird.
Las camas son buenas
Un poco Caro
-no internet wifi in room -no refrigerator in room
Very convenient. Walkway from Terminal 1 into the hotel.
Room was small, no hairdryer. Overpriced for the quality of the room.
Location was great Very convenient to be able to walk to check in with the help of a portero V comfortable bed and bathroom amenities
Everything beyond the room had a cost e,g. No water in room or in gym - needed to be purchased. No free wi-fi - for the high cost of the room, free access to wi-fi would be expected. Breakfast was good quality, though expensive. Overall, the hotel was too expensive for the quality of service provided.
Location is perfect if you want to stay close to the airport
I traveled with a co-worker and we booked a room with two beds for my co-worker and me. The hotel staffer gave us a room with a single bed, despite the fact that I rented a room with two beds and we werent a couple. It was uncomfortable. I believe they overbooked and gave us that room.
Liked that it is a few steps from the airport.
The room was small
The location of the hotel is excellent. It's just across the street from the International departures, and can be reached from the airport by walking through a glass enclosed overpass. Staff is responsive, the rooms are clean, and the facility is efficient. No feeling of communicable diseases here. I would definitely book again.
Other than over-stuffed pillows and a terrible view from our room (we looked out onto a large parking structure), it was a nice room. Small by some standards, with a bathtub that was peeling, these are the only internal complaints.
The proximity to the airport. Is very convenient for transit.
The facility is old. It looks more like a 4 star hotel rather than a 5 star. Not really value for money. The check in and check out process is very slow.
too expensive after taxes and etc added
Location and price - across the airport bridge, and much cheaper than the Hilton and Courtyard Marriott that are as close
No free Wifi, no breakfast included.
Facilities are nothing short of impeccable, hospitable staff, perfect location and probably the best breakfast ive ever seen in a hotel establishment. It is true that cheaper, decent, options can be found in mexico city but for me this was my first time in DF and i wanted a smooth transition into the city and this hotel provided just that. Needed a taxi to the centro historico, after a few words at the concierge the taxi materialised at a fair price. Never had service like it anywhere in the world and I have been to many other 5 star establishments. Nothing other than highly highly recommended.
It is expensive however, it knows it can afford to be as it truly does deliver a 5 star service to guests.
Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Nice beds.
Some noisy rooms-changed rooms both times I stayed there. Staff was helpful, quick to do so. Manicure was ok, took long time to do due to lack of equipment. Well, they gave me a discount and told me they are upgrading.
Good location for the airport.
When I checked out at 5:00AM, I could not receive the receipt of the hotel fee, because the system did not work during night. (I can not believe.. it is not a kind of airport hotel?) Very long waiting line for checking in.
location is absolute best
I liked the proximity to the airport
Obviously prime location, a few steps from the airport. They usually charge for wifi, but booking.com customers get free access. Rooms are huge, if you're looking for space you get a bathroom larger than a whole room in Japan or Singapore.
The place is old and it shows, with insufficient maintenance. Crowded, long lines to get to a receptionist. We were surprised on a Monday morning to hear loud music in the lobby from 6am, really? What are they thinking?
