near from airport
expensive compare then facilities. Breakfast its very expensive
The room was beautifel and well appointed.
Wifi should have been included.
Close to airport
Only paid WiFi
Good location for early check in. Rooms really clean bed comfortable with nice linen and bathroom was modern and well equipped. Bathroom was better than I expected . Lighting in room was quite sombre. But only really there to sleep so not a problem.
Common areas looked a bit dingy and so dark. Lighting very low key. But room was fine and served its purpose. Small thing alarm clock was broken which was a bit of a problem with a 3.30 am start.
Closeness to airport
It was pretty close to the airport. You just take a bridge to walk from airport to the hotel. The hotel has an office in the airport side, so you can leave there your baggage and the concierge will take your baggage to the front desk of the hotel.
The hotel is quite old, it looks old inside too. We use the hotel for travel connections, so we sleep the night we came from our country and the night we return to our country. The first night they give us a ticket for breakfast, but the second night they said is was not include in the booking.com ticket, so it was very upset.
Excellent position for overnight stays attached to airport.
Very poor and badly situated indications from the airport to get to the hotel. Went wrong at least four times before finding the right bridge to get to it.
Location ideal for an overnight, for getting connecting flights next day
Long queue for checking in (>45 mins) with 2 receptionists. Not Ideal after long flight.
Excellent location for lay over, easy to access. Spacious room.
A room that costs over USD 100 and doesn't include wifi?? What a joke. The inner court yard makes noises to echo all over the hotel floors.
staff are very professional, rooms are lovely restaurants are very good. gym swimming pool is great. great massage
I personally think in a 5 star hotel u should get free wifi. it costs £9 for 24 hours!
breakfast buffet at BL very poor and if, very expensive.
no taxi needed. Close to airport Excellent breakfast Large rooms
You have to pay for wifi
Next to the airport but hardly Heard anything. Comfortable bed and good service, didn't eat or drink, there, in the airport you can get a snack or a choice of different priced cuisines.
Convenience to airport for early flight.
Absence of free wifi in the lobby.
The comfort of the bed and pillows was awesome.
The wifi service must be paid apart, it is not nice considering that other hotels include it in the price of the room.
internet has additional cost
You could hear other room conversations. Very noisy in general. I choose this hotel to have some rest before my early morning flight however I could not sleep, I could hear the other room conversation, street cars and plains. Bathroom was kind of old, destroyed, patched. Water was cold, it would stay warm for 10 seconds then cold. I am very dissapointed on the quality of this hotel. It does not worth the price, very far from what this hotel brand used to be.
Room was comfortable and very clean. Location excellent for ease of access to and from airport.
People at reception were not very welcoming. One waiter in 'international' restaurant was condescending and rude. Restaurant was very expensive and food mediocre. There was no hot water in my room, so they had to send in a maintenance man to add a "bomba". Tub was not in good shape, paint peeling.
The mexican restaurant in the hotel was delicious .
All was g.
The location of the hotel was good.
The staff was very unfriendly and incompetent.
The housecleaning, room service, transport, doorman at the elevator and gym staff were excellent, kind, helpful and courteous. The front desk staff, as per our last visit, were abrupt and almost rude. Seems to me you have some room for improvement and should consider promoting those who naturally exude appropriate customer service skills and human kindness.
Front desk staff demeanor both this visit and our last visit in 2012. Along with abruptness and rudeness they have an uncanny ability to attempt to make you feel like you are wasting their time while doing their job? Paying for wifi in 2014??? Time to update rooms? a little? Your housecleaning staff can only clean so much. You have to give them something to take pride in. We will not be guests in the future and would rather have a much longer commute from the airport. I do not expect any special unique services except to be treated with respect and dignity as I treat all those I come in contact with in this world. I hope your front desk staff do not treat your other staff as they treat customers...sad situation.
Very safe entrance, it's practically inside the airport
Paid Wifi too expensive
The shuttle driver was courteous and patient.
The price and bed bug bites. The price I could understand is well located, but at least the hotel should be clean and well maintained. If you stay in room 6112 don't let the bed bugs bite!
