Lo que no me pareció fue el cargo de $ 1,200.00 pesos por hacer la reservación. Cargo que no se lo comunican a uno cuando realiza esta con ustedes.

Ubicación Las alfombras sucias y percudidas Ruidos, contantes..principalmente de los equipos de aire acondicionado tarifas en dólares al tipo de cambio que les conviene..porque no en pesos..que no estamos en México?

Hace honor a todos los de la cadena. Está situado lejos del centro histórico, en una zona muy cuidada y hermoseada de la ciudad. Nos trasladamos al centro en taxi por u$s 5. Enfrente tiene parada el bus turístico de Guadalajara, que recomendamos. Si bien estuvimos sólo dos días, alcanzaron para decir que es un gran hotel. Otra: Tiene un Bice dentro del hotel, buenísimo y mas barato que en otros lugares del mundo.

Habitación: El hotel nos ofreció, una vez allí, alojarnos en la última planta ejecutiva, menos mal que lo aceptamos pues luego pudimos ver que porque las habitaciones eran algo pequeñas dentro de la media de este tipo de hoteles de lujo. El hotel muy limpio y la atención del personal correcta. En resumen el añadido "Deluxe" de la oferta de booking no se corresponde con la planta Deluxe (ejecutiva) del hotel y hubo que pagar aparte la diferencia. Por el mismo precio o similar otros hoteles ofrecen internet gratis y un desayuno bufet mucho mejor. El desayuno nos pareció poco variado y algo escaso (al menos en la planta ejecutiva, la otra no llegamos a visitarla). En positivo comentar que ofrecen un aperitivo por la tarde incluida en el precio que pudimos aprovechar 3 de los 5 días alojados ya que se limita sólo a una hora concreta de la tarde.

Buena ubicacion para los que vamos a la expo.el hotel esta bien sus camas confortables. Lo que le falta en las habitaciones son mejore tv porque no se veia muy bien y tambien los alimentos son caros.
