Friendly front desk staff Manager Ana T. Was very sharp and on top of her game. Super impressive manager of front desk staff Miriam at front desk and Colombina in bar were outstanding . Bell boys very kind. Valeria in gift shop very kind. Very poor Internet that required multiple logins Restaurant captain came to our room to complain he could not charge us for a glass of juice. Problem was computer was not set up right to accept charges. Could have been avoided if he communicated better with the front reception

- Swimming pool - nice breakfast - clean - Service was not helpful - wifi was not completely free, the only case we saw in Mexico! - no mineral water provided, or for a rip off price, again the only case in Mexico!!

the price of the room was cheaper than expected for this hotel... the rooms were just at the last corner of the building but the service of the staff and the facilities were excellent the breakfast in the restaurant was expensive and not that good... for half of the money you can find something better in the town. the lunch and dinner were cheaper but also the food was not really good.

La ubicacion dentro de la ciudad y algunas instalacciones La habitación muy mala, el aire acondicionado y el baño muy malos, con fugas y mala regulación de agua caliente. El precio pagado contra el nivel esperado muy malo, no vale el costo y no volvería a ese hotel

No respeto el hotel el costo de la reservación , y me cobraron injustamente a mi tarjeta 28 días antes de mi llegada al hotel, y nunca quisieron devolverme la diferencia, los alimentos no son buenos en comparacion con su costo y el personal administrativo del hotel da muy mal servicio.

Buenas instalacíones, excelente servicio y atención delpersonal Detalles como: El agua de la regadera no se podía regular, o muy caliente o muy fria y variaba la intensidad sin mover las llaves. No funcionaba la secadora de pelo Focos fuera de su lugar. Puerta de entrada al cuarto desajustada

Los precios de la comida y de los servicios son muy caros. Una vez pedi servicio a la habitaciòn fueron 2 cafès y pan tostado fueron 250 pesos y el pan llegò frio.

El desayuno buffet es muy bueno, la comida es rica y tienen gran variedad de platillos a escoger, las instalaciones son bonitas. La alberca no es muy grande pero el agua esta caliente ya que pudimos estar nadando aunque estaba lloviendo, en realidad la disfrutamos. El bar también es muy bonito y tiene un pozo adentro. Las habitaciones no son acogedoras ya que son demasiado obscuras aun con las luces encendidas, la t.v. no es de plasma y te cobran la botella con agua y el café en la habitación, en otros hoteles de gran turismo no lo hacen. El personal necesita poner mas atención a los detalles ya que eramos 3 personas y todos los días tenia que solicitar una toalla extra ya que solo dejaba 2 la camarista en la habitación, a pesar de habérselo solicitado a la recepcionista. No es un gran problema pero los detalles hacen la diferencia.

La mayoría de las habitaciones tienen poca luz y ventanas sin abrir. Esto es malo, no muy confortable y poco ecológico ( siempr hay que usar el ac).

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Zum Teil liegen die Zimmer in Richtung Strasse. Diese sind für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht geeignet.
