Good location and variety of restaurants and services, kindly staff, spacious rooms and in case of pool view also tranquil (garden/pool view is very good). Safe Hotel pay internet (expensive, often free of charge even in basic hotels!) and expensieve breakfast/services noisy rooms if outside (street) view

MIREC2013 Solar conference They could not get my cards to work - this mean't I had to get cash on a Sunday. This broke my booking agreement and they charged me full rate, even though on the booking it said I did not need to pay until the end of stay. This is not true and they still have to have a credit card.

Fitness center Breakfast The hotel charges a currency rate much higher than the market rate. I ended up paying 20% more than the booking price. Be careful!

We love this hotel for many visits Our first room on the second floor looked on a tent construction.Extremely noisy and balcony covered by the tent.It should have been blocked out. We had to change rooms. Why would someone give us this room? Please you must do something about the blue bar. The color is cold and unwelcoming...the atmosphere is uninviting. Music is loud and inappropriate Therefore no one was ever in it, including us, even after a busy day we would not go in, even though we wanted to relax and have a cocktail you are losing money on this space..we never saw anyone in it even though it was one of the busiest weeks of the year. ed schwartz food and wine consultant

Beautiful design in the hotel, colourful, modern vintage of the 70's Expensive extra to be paid for internet and breakfast. Bur the extra only includes 5th floor continental breakfast, and not the buffet one at 1st floor. Problem is that the information is not clear, so we paid 2 times for the breakfast !!

Camino Real is not an international chain - it's a slightly eclectic and rather fabulous Mexican experience with all the comfort of the (dull) Hyatt which I stayed at the night before - but with a proper friendly Mexico welcome and lovely poolside balconies -Staff were really helpful and not intrusive. Huge comfy bed, blackout curtain, balcony overlooking pool, lots of blonde wood and a purple carpet, slightly faded hallways. I'll stay there again.
