Pools, nice views, pool staff very nice. Plenty of options for cable tv. Good location. While polite, reception and restaurant staff completely lacked charm of any kind and I actually found them quite intimidating. The dinner buffet was fairly revolting, not many options for other food, which was always cold by the time you received it by the pool. After giving it a couple of tries, we ended up always having to leave the hotel to get something decent to eat. |

the cleanliness of the room and good location. Also swimming pool is very beautiful and the staffs are very very kind and polite. |

Neben der auffallenden Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals v.a. die sehr angenehme Einrichtung der großen Zimmer; es ist alles vorhanden, was man auf Geschäftsreisen braucht; next day laundry service arbeitet perfekt. Das Frühstück ist extrem lecker; absolut zu empfehlen!! Über den Strand direkt am Hotel verläuft ein meterdickes rostiges Wasserrohr. Wer hier Urlaub macht könnte enttäuscht sein. Kleiner Nachteil bei business trips: Auf den Zimmern gibt es zwar Internetzugang (ca 10 EUR/24h), aber kein WLAN. |

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Hotel und werden dort gerne wieder Urlaub machen. Schöne Zimmer, grandiose Aussicht, nettes Personal und ein traumhafter Aussenbereich! |

albergo bellissimo e pulito. Bellissima la vista seul mare dalla camera e la jacuzzi con vista oceano caraibico è perfetta i servizi aggiuntivi sono molto costosi rispetto agli standard del paese |

Gostei do atendimento e da limpeza do mesmo. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e educados. Claro que não podemos esquecer da boa localização do mesmo e do conforto proporcionado. Bom...acerca do hotel não....mas o dia adicional(solicitado a longo tempo e confirmado pelo booking) que foi solicitado ao Booking não constava no hotel. Como esse dia adicional a mais solicitado não deu problemas a eles, conseguiram solucionar rapidamente (haviam quartos vagos, sendo que aceitaram o dia a mais). |

Las comidas y el servicio del restaurante son excelentes. En el check in el trato fue como de motel: "no puede meter alimentos", "la caja de seguridad tiene costo", "pague por adelantado aunque deje voucher abierto", etc. Nadie me ofreció los servicios del hote l(restaurantes, bares, albercas, centro de negocios, etc.) |

su cercanìa a la playa la sensaciòn de hostigamiento en contra de los huepedes ; cobran por la caja fuerte ; exesivo precios de la llamadas tel. , asì como internet y el problema que no este el desayuno incluido , es un problema para las familias que allì concurran . |
