Very clean, initial feeling about food on offer was good
On arrival the room felt very dated. After we stayed at hotel for a week the food was a bit repetitive different nights but not much variation in the menu

Front Desk Staff Lobby Staff Could benefit from obtaining better customer service skills.....there are ways of saying NO! They should speak nicely to customers even when customers are wrong.

It is a pity the hotel does not offer a airport shuttle service - the official taxi is so expensive at 68 USD one way!!
Location was great. Food was good. Resort and Hotel room were clean and well maintained. Many activities during each day.
Making reservations is a pain and not always available within 24 hours. Pool closes at 8 everyday. Many staff members don't appear to be happy their but still do their jobs as required.
It has one of most beautiful beach among resorts of Cancun. Quality of dining and food is better than be expected.
You have to meet a tour seller whenever you want get a beach towel at pool side, since he is the staff for managing towels himself. Sometimes I felt uncomfortable because he seemed to unhappy when I declined to buy a tour program. Moreover, other staffs who I just met at corridor doesn't say hi even though I did.
The staff was especially rude! They had a mix up with our reservation and instead of correcting it, they ignored me and spoke Spanish right in front of us... Very unprofessional!!!

you cant see the the ocean from some "ocean view" rooms. we had two rooms and both had this problem... but we went there to be at the beach not to look at it from the room

Not enough covered/shaded chairs by pool and beach is a long walk from resort.
The room and the staff, plus the location were very good.
1. Not enought umbrellas for everyone. Rarely found chairs by the pool after 10am. 2. The floor by the pool is old and rought. Can't walk on bare foot. 3. There is no waiters by the pool. You need to get up every time to get drinks. Other similar hotels have, this should be basic. 4. The quality of drinks were just OK. Other similar hotels offer champagne, for example. 5. Abusive internet prices. 6. Poor treatment at the italian restaurant - they didn't serve us drinks because we were in the waiting list (for +30 min by the way). Appareltly cocktails are only for people with reservations. So unpolite. A simple drink while waiting doesn't hurt (we're talking about a ALL INCLUSIVE hotel by the way).
Beach in front of the hotel is really nice an not crowded at all. All the guests hang at the pool where there is free food and drinks.
It's an all inclusive in Cancun you either like it our not. Drinks and food were of minor quality.
