Still there the next morning at check-out. Room a/c had no adjustment for temp-just blower-high, med, low. Room smelled of mildew. Despues de mucho reclamar nos dieron lo acordado en la reserva impresa. A pesar de que noa dierpn una habitacion con cocina...esta estaba bien lejos de estar equipada...solo tenia un microondas y una cafeteta q no funcionaba.... ni un plato....ni un tenedor!! Sijainti loistava, palvelut lähellä. Siivous hidasta, liian vähän henkilökuntaa. Ei jääkaappia huoneessa. Avainkortteja piti jatkuvasti aktivoida uudestaan, kun eivät toimineet. A pesar de los años, y se observa esfuerszos en el mantenimiento y la limpieza. Se ajusta a el deseo de evitar la zona hotelera, ubicarnos en la ciudad y disfrutar del "paisaje urbano". Anonymous Young couple Spain 21 November 2012	El hotel se encuentra en una zona urbana donde hay movimiento por la noche, bares y restaurantes tipicos de Mexico. Esta cerca de la terminal y se puede acceder en colectivo a la zona hotelera donde esta la playa y la zona mas turistica de Cancun Las instalaciones no funcionaban bien. The kitchen was very old, cabinet almost falling apart. the bed was not comfortable. the sofa was not clean at all. the Pictures online looked very good, but when seeing the actual room we were very disappointed. Furniture is old, conditioner is noisy, shower is basicly not working (it needs cleaning, that water can come out). There is outside some place, which music is very loud and You can't sleep till 4 a.m., because of that loud music.. Pictures of the hotel are probably old, because the real room looks bad.. Fernseher funktionierte nicht, aus der Klimaanlage hats gestunken. Von 22.oo bis 4.30 Uhr aus einer Bar oder Lokal so laute Musik, dass trotz Doppellage Ohrstöpsel schlafen unmöglich war. Nie wieder.
