Excellent location, great price, best sleep on our 21 day tour.

No hangers, small pot and only one to cook with, hole in one of the interior doors, had to ask for towels and soap.

    Tranquillity. Love to details.

Location is a bit off the center. Take local buses or walk, around 15-20min.

good value for the money. it is on construction so the room amenities and night tables, lights, cabinets were all minimal.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Bella Vida. The staff were really helpful and made us feel right at home. It was a little far from the beach but they have a beautiful pool that we pretty much lived in while we were not out an about and it was so nice to not be right in the touristy area.

Excellent staff, more like friends and could not do enough for us. Near enough centre and beach to walk but far enough out for peace.

If you're going to be staying for a while and want to make light meals, the kitchenette is nice. Comfy bed, accommodating young owner.

Location. Quite out of the way-a few blocks up from the wrong side of the highway - 3km to the beach. I'm good with walking, but back & forth a couple times a day got tiring - not much of anything around. No signage on the hotel at all - arrived in daylight - lucky! was able to ask directions: it's around the corner off a side street. Arriving at night without a cab-good luck finding the place. Instead of a sink & hot plate in the rooms-offering a light breakfast (coffee, juice, bread ..) would have been welcomed. Lugging groceries - too far from town.

Staff is really friendly and helpful. If there's anything they can do to make your stay more pleasant, they will do it. Great value for money

Location is a bit far from the beach

Probably the best accomodation we've had in Mexico - good location (quiet street; 10min to beach/center), nicely (completely new) and extraordinary well equipped room (smart tv with youtube etc, small kitchen), terrace sitting, pool... But overall very very special staff! Friendly, helpfull, english speaking, they would do everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible.. thanks a lot! And this all makes Bella Vida a great value for money.

Just details - terrace is rather a patio with no view (but still pleasant to sit there), not good ventilation in bathroom makes it more humid.

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. It would pass the white glove test. Small refrigerator, sink, dishes and two burners were so compact and handy. The pool was crystal clear. Location has several options for dinner in walking distance.

Due to all of the hard marble surfaces, there is echo and noise from the hall area. This all stopped at aprox. 9, but started up again around 8. We had a hard time finding the hotel. Will stay here again if we are not looking to sleep late.

We loved this brand new family operated Hotel in quiet neighbourhood. It was perfect for our stay in Playa del Carmen. Rooms are modern and spacious, with kitchenette. We had a studio with a huge comfortable bed. Our 3 year old daughter loved the pool. Parking was always available on the street. Very friendly and responsive staff, from David at the front desk all the way to the friendly house cleaning Staff.

Brand new - modern, clean and secure. Family operated. They are very helpful and live on site.English and German spoken. Quiet neighborhood that is well located for exploring the coast by public transport. Collectivo-5 pesos- to centro Playa one short block. Famous cave restaurant around the corner. Beautiful walled garden park oasis nearby. Good wifi and youtube TV
