We liked very much our room and the different places where you can sit down and relax. The variety of food and drinks was very good.
As it is an hotel with all inclusive, yo don't have to worry about nothing and enjoy the hotel facilities.

PA is a gated community requiring showing ID every time you enter. It is boating/yatching community predominantly consisting of condominiums. Numerous restaurants and gift shops around the central dolphin lagoon area as well as two money exchanges. Central golf club and some tennis courts. Limited public beach access.

I'm not sure if Puerto Adventuras is a real town or just plays one on tv. Outside of the hotel, there are cafes and restaurants and a marina, but everything is only reachable by first entering the "town" through a gate which gave it a weird exclusive vibe. Great Italian cafe with real espresso and fresh basked pastries and bread, and a couple of restaurants. A kitchy bar with an Elvis impersonator, which was a lot of fun. Sadly, a dolphin pen is on-site as well. Kids playing, and scootering everyhwhere, so this seems a really safe spot for families.

The fact that the resort is in a gated community was fun to venture out during the day. We walked to the dolphin area and window-shopped at the market. Some of the souvenirs were more expensive than the airport. I know there is a supermarket not far that would probably have better prices pending on what you are looking for. People were friendly and we felt safe walking to and from the resort down to the marina. Golf carts were available for rent but we didn't see a need.

The restaurant area around the dolphin enclosure is nice.
The restaurant area around the dolphin enclosure is nice. Not a good beach destination if you like the ocean close by. You have to walk a lot to get to the beach, unless you are on one of the ocean-front hotels.
This is a gated community with several gated communities inside.

It does not feel like you're in Mexico at all, but rather somewhere in Florida. The worst of it all, when you go out in the Marina at night to have dinner and listen to concerts ... There are dolphins trapped in a pool in the middle of it who after have swam all day with tourists have to bear with the noise they are making at night leaving them no chance to properly rest, it's a shame in 2023!

An exclusive place with designer interiors, modern equipment (from kitchen appliances to stereo and lighting) and a special atmosphere. A separate pleasure is the balcony - a whole terrace overlooking the canal, where you can relax and watch the passing yachts. The house is located on the shady side, which creates a blissful coolness throughout the day. The neighbourhood is excellent - out of the tourist medley, in a fashionable area within walking distance to all the pleasures of Puerto Aventuras. Highly recommended
We looooved the Condo Size, the Host Carlos, it was clean, had Airconditioner in living room AND bedroom. Everything was clean and tidy and nice looking. Facilities were all working, massive fridge. Shops not too far away. We totally loved the location (next to Golf course), in a safe and complex (controlled gate at the entrance to Puerto Aventuras Village). The large pool was the highlight, especially for the kids but also myself. It was quiet and peaceful. Response from host, prompt and very helpful.
I really loved our stay in Mom's House. Mary Jo made us feel extremely comfortable and safe. It is like staying at your friend's place. Mary Jo is a very friendly and gentle person. She also has a catering company so her cupcakes and fresh bread every morning were so tasty. She has two cuddly and friendly who absolutely love your stroking. I would recommend everyone to stay with Mary Jo in Mom's house if you need place to stay in Puerto Aventuras. Thank you so much for your hospitality
The staff were very nice and it was very convenient to have the restaurant right in the hotel. The food is very good. We had breakfast both days we stayed. We had a nice room with two double beds facing the lagoon/canal. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the main marina but it's a very easy and pleasant walk. The sheets were very good quality and soft which we appreciated. The bed and pillows were comfortable so overall we were happy to stay here.
1) Good location with two pools. One pool on the beach and another inside the complex with more shade. Only a few feet from Puerto Aventuras Beach Club which has the nicest section of the coastline.
2) New complex in good condition.
3) Housekeeping cleans daily, usually midday when we are away.
4. Short walk to cafe (Bamboo) by the harbor and down the street from a good restaurant (Chez Waffle).
Second time in hotel, convenient location.Amazing breakfast, fine dinning.Well equipted appartment /privileged/ spacious and quiet. Thanks to manager Enrique-he professionally solved some issues, thanks to waitress Elena and Alexandra-were very obliging.Special thanks to barmen /sorry dont know his name,he was working in privileged beach bar, later in main restaurant/for mixing exceptional coctails.
The facilities of the hotel are very nice and the staff is friendly.
The room was huge and very comfortable.
Ran out of characters in the 'What didn't you like' section so adding the last part here:
2nd msg to the owners: hope you enjoy those U$2700 that you decided not to return back to me. You'll probably go bankrupt very soon anyway.
The view is great, ocean view; however, there is no beach access from the property...all the beaches around are private property or hotels' property...the closest public beach with white sand is a 20 min walk by the Marina, so if you want to enjoy the classic Riviera Maya white sand beaches - you need to walk or drive to Marina.
Great location! The host was very accessible, and helpful through messaging, we were super pleased with how quick we received responses. There were many things we enjoyed about this place, but a good sleep is important, and the bed was the most comfortable bed we've slept in over the years, while in Mexico.
It was a good place to rest up after a long flight and to get accustomed to being in Mexico. Except it’s a gated community which I didn’t realize so not really Mexico. But it’s safe for those who wish to feel safe that way. Lovely facility. Great beach. Nice pool. Good for families.
I had a fabulous stay in this hotel and everything was perfect, the room, the facilities, the location, the staff.
Also thanks to the manager who went the extra mile to accommodate my mother who has walking difficulties and upgraded us to a fabulous room on the first floor.
The property was beautiful to walk through and had lots of pools and amenities- the staff was always working hard to keep everything in tip top shape. The area itself, Puerto Aventuras was amazing and clean and safe and so friendly!!!! Spent a lot of time off resort…
Simple and efficient, not great luxury but enough to stay a few days and if you move in Puerto Aventuras or make excursions. Otherwise the room n° is rather a dependency which benefits from a common living room to the other rooms of the villa
The Whole stay was really amazing. The Hospitality was simply insane and Chan was always reachable for us. She was really supportive and we can highly recommend this accommodation. It was the best part of our Journey threw Mexico.
A hidden jem: the french restaurant. Umo also great; avoid Zen. The staff is wonderful. I find the "Heaven" section far more interesting than the "Hacienda" section where I stayed. Definitely will get back to the hotel.
very clean, very central to the restaurants and shopping. Way nicer rooms than the all inclusive Barcelo next property over, and way better food choices too!
