For this price was it a very good hotel in the city centre. Big parkingspace with a fence that closed a night. There were things broken and outworn.

A terrific value for the money! Chetumal itself (nothing of real interest there), it's just a stop-over point if you are coming from deep in Belize heading to Mexico (or vice versa). No restaurant facilities so you need to go out looking.

I really liked it because the location is excellent, the room is comfortable and everything was OK, except the sink needed to be fixed. But I really recommend this hotel. People were friendly and nice with me and my wife.

We like the clean , new looking floors on the east part of the hotel The west part does not look so nice and clean , and the bedding is not as comfortable. Therefore it would be fair to have different prices for the separate buildings.

It was very clean and provided all the services of a higher priced hotel such as flat screen television, toiletries, nice shower, wake up services, morning coffee and 24/7 front desk. The beds were better than most in Mexico but still a little too hard for Gringos! Even the one's like us who are retired and live in Mexico.

It's a hotel for people passing through. Good proximity to the port and airport. Room was pretty dirty...found a used condom wrapper next to the bed! Yuck!

I chose Hotel Casa Blanca primarily as a 1-night stay/jump off spot for Belize. There's little to do or see in Chetumal. The hotel was an excellent value: spacious, secure, well-lit, clean, comfortable. Free cold water near the lobby and free morning coffee in the lobby. No complaints. Had trouble accessing the WiFi in Rm 202; it was much easier downstairs by the lobby
