Staff is corteous, friendly and helpful and with fast response; good location, walking distance to Polanquito (restaurants and bars); spacious apartment with kitchen; excellent confortable bed; spacious wardrobes; excellent linen and bathtowels; good lighting for reading; very neat and clean room; good and tasty food Cafe accross street for breakfast and light lunch - highly recommended as Casa Castelar lacks of restaurant. major problem:NO AIR CONDITIONING ! tidy bathroom with no shower hand hose neither bidê; rooms in the back with no view which gives a claustobic feeling, but it could be smoothed if have a window shade decorated of some mirrors in the room, an interesting interior decoration; soap bar is too small and thin but nice smell - needing to make available 2 pieces per bathroom; living room furniture needs upgrading; "breakfast" (fruit, cookies and coffee delivered outside the room) needs upgrading also;

Location - very central, in a safe and enjoayable area. The accomodation consists of a small apartment (about 40 m2) quite basic but confortable, with kitchen. The breakfast is not particularly attractive. But there are good cofee shops just in front of the hotel...

staff and rooms 1. when we got to the hotel they didnt have the room we ordered so they gave us the PH without letting us know that they want us to move the next day. the following day was very busy for us and on our half an hour break we were ask to pack and move (it was very uncomfortable and we finished our day in the middle of the night without resting). 2. we were told that in the morning we will get a continental breakfast, the first day we got yogurt and fruit and for the second a muffin and a fruit. its better not to serve breakfast or at list say you will send something small to the room than to have your guests expecting one thing (continental breakfast) and get something els.

Tomando en cuenta los precios del df, el hospedaje relación precio es bueno. Además la ubicación es muy buena. Cerca para conocer Polanco sin contratiempos. Incluye el desayuno, el cual se limita a café un par de galletas y leche, se agradece, pero igual podrían incluir algún ticket válido para algunos de los tantos restaurantes que están cerca de la zona.

Que no pude dormir, gracias al extractor del restaurante de al lado , el cual pormala suerte para mi no apagaron. Y toda la noche aguantando el ruido! Creo que deben ocuparse más de que se haga responsable la del restaurante !

Nada, realmente es un hotel con instalaciones que necesitan renovarse. No especifican que solo tienen camas matrimoniales y el desayuno es para una sola persona, persianas rotas. En general malo para lo que cuesta Todo

Excelente ubicación, precio justo. No tiene aire acondicionado la habitación, se escucha permanentemente el ruido de un motor o equipo prendido permanentemente.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la zona es muy bonita. Rodeada de restaurantes y comercios. Además muy cerca de la estación del metro. La suite está dotada de cocina y todos los utensilios lo cual es muy útil. Cuando llegamos no había agua fría, sólo caliente. Después se fue el agua caliente y sólo había fría, nunca resolvieron el problema. La televisión se vio muy mal durante toda la estancia.
