Good position at the old town end of the Paseo Montejo provided that you like to walk a bit (we do). Secure parking nearby. Helpful team of staff. Good value. Very much a bed and breakfast with no real public rooms - but fine for a short stay.

I liked the service received from the staff and overall the Hotel felt modern with good furniture pieces. Location was very good. Room was cleaned well and on a timely basis. Had breakfast downstairs only one day, it was nicely done. I didn't like the fact that there was no refrigerator in the room so I could not keep anything cool to drink. Basically, you have a basket for snacks and can sodas, but no way to cool it unless you request ice from the Hotel. Food for room service is not made in Hotel, it is brought from an outside restaurant. I ordered it one night and it was not very good. Burger was salty and I received the wrong soup. I didn't find good value in it. People warned me about street noise but I thought it was not that bad.

La simplicité avec tout le confort d'un hôtel moderne. Chambre et SdB fontionnelles, très bien équipées A-C, TV, Wi-fi. Aménagé dans un ancien patio, architecture très sympa. Situé à 15 mn à pieds du centre historique. Chambres ur la "calle 56 " un peu bruyante. Mais le Mexique c'est aussi du bruit.

splendido hotel ultra moderno. camere pulite e nuove. Staff disponibile e gentilissimo le unice note negative potrebbero essere la posizione non proprio centralissima, ma con una passeggiata di dieci minuti si raggunge ilcentro, e la finestra sul corridoio...ma son piccoli ed insignificanti particolari

Cuando elijes un hotel buscas…: ubicación, confort y precio. Este hotel no reúne ninguna de esas características. A veces te equivocas en la elección, pero cuando te engañan…te sientes mal. La ubicación de este hotel está mal indicada en booking.com, el empleado que nos atendió en recepción confirmó que no es un error sino que está hecho a propósito para que vengan mas clientes, exactamente a 1.6 km de La Catedral de Mérida. El confort: Las habitaciones (minúsculas) son interiores y las vistas son a un patio pequeño con restaurante (se oye todo). El desayuno desatendido y muy escaso: tostada, mantequilla y zumo de bote. Aparcamiento exterior, no vigilado. Precio: Caro, si comparo con la ubicación de otros hoteles en el centro de Mérida (por cierto, maravillosa ciudad). Comentario de recepción: “a veces vienen clientes para dos o tres días: solo se quedan uno en el hotel”. No nos dieron opción a anular, y con el cambio de hora y el tema de llamada internacional, no podía llamar a booking.com. Tú eliges.¡¡
