Es un hotel cómodo, limpio, seguro, tiene una excelente ubicación, no tiene lujos pero es una muy buena relación de servicio por el precio que se paga. La primera noche nos ubicaron en una habitación con un muy fuerte olor a químicos y pintura que empezo inclusive a afectarnos. Son mejores las habitaciones con vista a la calle, las interiores dan un aspecto muy triste, con mirada a un patio interior muy feo y deteriorado

La ubicación, a media cuadra de Av. Reforma, cerca del centro comercial Reforma 222 y relativamente cerca de estaciones de metro El mayor problema fue que es un hotel para no fumadores y habia muchisimo olor a humo en todo el primer piso y en recepción el día que llegamos, debido a que alguien del primer piso había estado fumando dentro de la habitación. Reclamamos e inicialmente nos dijeron que si nos cambiabamos de hotel, no nos devolverían el dinero y que si cambiabamos de habitación, tendríamos que pagar la diferencia. Costo, pero finalmente nos dieron una nueva habitacion, el tema es que ellos deben cautelar que el hotel se mantenga libre de humo y multar a quienes fumen! Además, hicimos el check in el 28 de Marzo y habían cobrado la habitacion mucho antes. Falta, además, mobiliario y cosas pequeñas que hagan las habitaciones confortables.

Tuve el error de confundir la tarifa y lo reservè. Pero es realmente un hotel barato para mochileros. No hay nadie que te ayude con las maletas, el ascensor es pequenisimo, el persona de la recepcion es descuidado. Pague la estancia pero no me quede alla y nunca me entregaron factura de pago incluso llamando 6 dias seguidos a recordar el envio de la misma. Se que fue mi error por no haber entendido bien la tarifa, pero asi sea barato, es un desastre.

La ubicacion es muy buena, teniendo en cuenta que en el DF las distancias son largas y los tiempos por el trafico complicados Seria bueno trabajar mas el tema de limpieza de las habitaciones, salimos de excursion temprano y regresamos a las 17 hs y aun la habitacion no estaba limpia.Otro dia al encender el refrigerador y abrir su puerta cayo agua descongelada del freezer, y el tacho de basura contenia restos anteriores a nuestra estancia.

El trato fue excelente y el precio es muy accesible, la comparación de satisfacción entre lo que pagas y lo que recibes es injusta para el hotel, ya que ofrecen más de lo que pagas. Los cuartos aunque están remodelados, de todos modos le falta poner atención en los pequeños detalles que hacen la diferencia.

ガーデン・スイートという名前の部屋であったが、ベッドと椅子１脚と壁かけテレビがあるだけのガランとした- １階の部屋で、部屋の前には隣のビルとの間の空地があるだけ。ガーデンでも、スイートでもなかった。WiF- i対応とうたいながら電波の状態がすごく不安定でストレスを感じた。夜１０時頃出かけて帰ってくると、玄関- の鍵がかかっていてフロントに誰もいない。暗い道に５分ほど待たされた。２４時間対応のフロントと言いなが- ら、これでは不安で夜コンビニにも行けない。その他の不満点も多い。２泊予約していたが、１泊で他のホテル- に移った。キャンセル不可のキャンペーン価格で安かったが、それにしても価格相応以下である。

La verdad solo por la ubicación, lo demas estuvo mal, tanto la habitación como la limpieza, los cuartos estaban limpios hasta las 7 de la noche, las camas muy malas, las sabanas con hoyos, la televisión sin poder verse alguna vez, realmente no lo recomiendo, pero esto es con el hotel no con la pagina de internet donde lo encontre
