El servicio esta poco preparado para dar informacion o resolver problemas sencillos, el olor de las habitaciones es terrible y hay poco confort,la habitacion que me toco estaba cerca del lobby y el ruido era excesivo, la ubicacion ....es buena...mas no accesible para una persona que no conozca el d.f. servicio de habitacion y comida inexistente ni cable ni,informacion sobre la ciudad. |

A mi esposa y a mi, nos gustó mucho la cordialidad en la atención, que refleja lo buenas personas que son en Mexico con los visitantes y que el hotel disponía todo lo que necesitabamos y a muy buen precio. Hemos quedado muy contentos en nuestra estadía en Ciudad de Mexico. Todo está muy bien. |

The room has the most confortable since my girl and I took the PH room (pent house). There was two floors for us. When we just arrive, they gave us a wrong room then we have to move but just because we argued with them. Also, the treated the type of change for 11 pesos per dollar. And finally, the check out for the room was middleday, we had to move to another hotel because our flight was at 7pm. |

La Casa de La Condesa Reforma tiene una unbication muy buena. Tambien, sus duchas tienen muchisima agua caliente. El desayuno estuvo tarde cada dia estabamos en el hotel y por eso no lo usamos. Creo tambien, que la reception debe saber mas del Centro Historico. |
