staff is excellent, rooms are nice, clean and big (mastersuite), wifi very fast, breakfast ok. definitly go there again. if you stay longer and don't want small hotel room go for Casa de la Condesa, appartment type room.They have also their own taxi contract which is very reasonably priced (160 $MXN to airport, abt 8 EUR). Hotel is located on nice square with fountains and gelateria/coffeeshop |

pretty neighborhood, pleasant room; loved having a balcony. Very nice room, but the door was almost impossible to unlock and we were giving another room. This one had cracks and holes in the bathroom ceilings. No big thing, but it should be fixed. |

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y equipadas. El patio del restaurante es muy agradable. Mi habitación tenía una fuga en el baño y ni siquiera pudieron ir a secarla. |

Хороший район: достаточно тихо и в тоже время не далеко от центра. Окна выходили на площадь и на фонтан и было приятно слышать шум воды. Понравилось наличие посуды и холодильника в номере. Основных замечания три: не удобный матрац на кровати, дают только одно полотенце на человека. И третье, в первый день были недоразумения с завтраком: оказывается континентальный завтрак не включает в себя продукты из буфета. Про это не было рассказано персоналом гостиницы и пришлось доплачивать за буфет |

Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, Lage relativ zentral Frühstück sehr bescheiden bzw. hohe Aufpreise für Sonderwünsche, sehr einfache Einrichtung der Zimmer und des Bades, kein Lift, sehr hellhörig |
