|Offering day spas with massage, La Casa de los Espejos is located in San Miguel de Allende, only 9 minutes from Church of St. Michael the Archangel. Views are available from each room.|
The owner/manager was very friendly and welcoming. Bus stop nearby with buses every 5 to 10 minutes to wherever needed. Taxis as well. Beautiful views from from the terrace. The courtyard was relatively tranquil. (there are apartment units onsite available away from the street side that probably would have this same quiet ambience inside)
It is located within a few feet of a busy highway with lots of trucks, buses and traffic from early morning until late at night. Very noisy on the street side where the rooms are located. The toilet worked marginally. There were only three hangars provided. The only wastebasket was in the bathroom (in mexico used toilet tissue is thrown in the wastebasket not down the toilet). It was inconvenient and uncomfortable to throw non toilet trash in the same wastebasket. The internet would not work in our room so we had to walk outside @ 30 feet in the courtyard where the router was located. There were no wash cloths. There are less expensive and quieter alternatives closer to Centro, i.e. Parador Sebastian.
Friendly staff (but now English, just need to be prepared and willing to try Spanish). Quiet! A nice respite from the noise outside and in the city. Easy to get to the center using the colectivo. Cleaned daily.
