everything. Perfect B and B. GREAT staff. Wonderful breakfasts. Fine host Nothing. Valladolid is a quiet city but one of the best places to see a traditional Mexican Easter.

Dennis, the owner. Staff very professional and accommodating. The B&B was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and lots to choose from. The rooms were spacious, and beautifully decorated with a hammock. It was a beautiful place to relax, enjoy the company of other travelers. Dennis was an amazing person to tell us about the town, people, food. He took the guest on Sunday to the market and his favorite place to eat. It was truly a treat and very personable. I would return.

Casa Hamaca is a little gem in the middle of Valladolid. It's owner, Denis, made this guesthouse a perfect retreat with so much charm. Denis is very welcoming and friendly. He will make sure you stay is amazing and that you have everything you need. I would really recommend this place for its location as it is at easy walking distance from the city centre and also for its relaxing ambiance.

Lovely secluded little B&B in the heart of Valladolid. Very peaceful setting surrounded by lush gardens. Walking distance to main plaza and restaurants. Great staff and very helpful owner. Comfortable beds with AC in rooms. Excellent breakfasts. The plunge pool was very enjoyable after long days of touring. Would be very happy to return.

Denis is a very hospitable person who runs the house with grace and class. The grounds are lovely and the beds incredibly comfortable. My three year old was very comfortable as were we. The pool was incredibly beautiful, clean and delightful during our summer stay. It was nice to connect with Denis.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere of this guesthouse. The decoration, confort and breakfasts were very much appreciated as well as the kindness of Denis who owns and runs this business and the good advice he gave us. Albeit the place is a bit remote from the town center, it remains at a walking distance and is very quiet. Again many thanks to all staff for this nice staying. Nothing really.

The Guesthouse is a beautiful green oasis with in the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, the air con is working very well. A good breakfast is included. The staff and owner is very friendly and helpfull. The location is very convenient, just 10 min by foot to the plaza. Convenient car parking. We can fully recommend this guesthouse. The owner recommended a nearby private collection in the casa de los venados, which is a stunning collection of mexican folk art.

Denis and his staff were excellent. They helped us with our trips around the ruins and transport. Breakfast was a highlight and they provided us an excellent lunch at the last minute. They have a good pool to cool down during the hot weather. Great place to base yourself if you want to see the ruins and enjoy a small mexican town.

My first impression was excellent as I walked up a foliage embraced path to the welcoming expanse of a beautiful patio. I was greeted by Denis, my host, who remained a ready resource throughout my stay. I even stayed one extra night because it was so wonderful. There was a carafe of coffee prepared by 6:30 each morning and a wonderful breakfast was prepared whenever you desired. Breakfast contained fresh fruit, yogurt w/ granola, pan dulces, juice and huevbos rancheros (or any style you request). CH is walking distance to the city sights of Merida without being too close and noisy. There is a small church and park in front of the guesthouse. In the morning/evening you can enjoy the sounds of the many types of birds that are also enjoying the grounds of the Casa Hamaca.
