Nice room, nice bathroom, good wifi. It was the second time in Casa Inn and it was a nice stay. The breakfast is a trap. When you book the hotel, it includes the "continental breakfast". At first, you don´t imagine that there are 2 different breakfasts (the other is called "american", I guess). There is no bread in the continental breakfast area, so the first thing you do is to go to the other side. |

The hotel is very well located to buses, subways and other transportation means. Walking in Reforma Avenue can be a great and beautiful experience. The hotel was recently renovated with very good and helpful staff. I will return in my next visit to Mexico City, |

-The shower has hot water and good water pressure. *It took us 45 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel. However, this does include traffic which is insane in Mexico City. *We arrived about 9PM and were hungry. The hotel had no options for us (including open delivery places). Their best resolution for us was to go to the nearest convenient store (like 7-11). |

Hotel staff was very friendly, helped us with lost luggage. Hotel is in good area, near to metro station, little shop just acros the street. Continental breakfast which is included is just bread, jam, coffe/tea and juice. So don't be surprised, there is also normal buffet, but you will be asked to pay the difference if you take something. |

This hotel is located between zona rosa and Polanco, which is a good and safe area. The airconditioning kept us awake during parts of the night. The engines of it were next to our suite, and realy noisy! |

Free use of internet on lobby computers - fairly fast, and 5 computers so it was always available. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The included continental breakfast didn't even include cereal, even though the cereal was place next to the other included breakfast items. If not included, it should be placed on the other side by the hot buffet that costs extra. The beds are also really firm - fine once you get used to it but the first night can be uncomfortable. |

Well located, a few steps of good restaurants and bars, very friendly staff and resonable confort. It'll be my Hotel in Mexico on next stays. Hotel should increase number of cable channels. |
