Realmente, la impresión del hotel es mala en su conjunto. Esto es debido a que yo cerré una reserva a un precio y me cobraron otro muy superior. No respetaron la reserva hecha previamente con ustedes. . de 23.9 dolares más impuestos y cambio de moneda, pasaron a más 100 dolares. Protesté en recepción en el check in, pero eran las 20:00 H. local y me indicaron que no podían hacer otra cosa. Lamento mucho esta situación y esta situación me genera dudas respecto a otros hoteles con los que ustdes colaboren. Gracias a que la empresa con la que tengo un proyecto en Ciudad de México, al entresarse del percance, me buscaron otro hotel a los dos días y pude tener un alojamiento de acuerdo a presupuesto disponible

Buena ubicación, a una manzana del Paseo Reforma, habitaciones amplias con camas muy grandes. WiFi gratuito en todo el hotel. El precio que aparece en booking.com no tiene nada que ver con el que se paga finalmente. Impuestos y "extras" que cobra el hotel no se sabe porqué hacen que el coste de la habitación se incremente. No se debe elegir este hotel comparándolo por el precio que aparece en la web. La ducha es muy baja, para una persona de 1,75-1,80mts.

Estamos con mi hermana muy contentas de haber escogido este hotel en la ciudad de México en nuestras vacaciones, es confortable, límpio, el personal extemadamente amable,la comida deliciosa tanto nacional como internacional, excelente ubicación para todo. Aparte del hotel, Quisiera hacer una pregunta: de que manera Booking ayuda en la reservación, porque nunca hablan de rebaja ni ofertas, en los hoteles que me he hospedado últimamente, cuál es el beneficio de Booking ? Quisiera una respuesta. Gracias

La ubicacion es muy buena especialmente si dese ahi necesitas trasladarte en taxi o auto a distintos puntos del df y ciudad de Mexico No me reseptaron la tarifa pactada en booking.com con lo cual me senti engañado en este punto.

La ubicacion Nos cambiaron la tarifa que nos dio Booking y nos cobraron mas 80 dolares en impuestos, la habitación olía mal,el ascensor estaba deteriorado, el desayuno pésimo, no nos llamaron para despertarnos y casi perdimos el avión...

Впервые увидели стеклопакеты в Мексике - заценили не то слово. Тепло и шума нет от дороги под окнами! Удачное месторасположение - центр города. У нас был континентальный завтрак - скудноват.

Relativement bien situé, dans une rue où il y a plusieurs restaurants et à proximité du Bosque de Chapultepec et autres attraits touristiques. Le service est moyen que ce soit à la réception ou en termes de nettoyage des chambres. Pas de réponse à mes courriels envoyés avant mon arrivée. Internet ne fonctionne pas toujours, ce qui n'est pas dramatique en vacances mais pénible en voyage d'affaires.

La amabilidad de los empleados El precio del hotel es muy superior al precio indicado en la reserva (incluyendo los impuestos). Al pedir aclaración en el hotel, me indicaron que se debía al cambio de moneda. Por otro lado a pesar de haber hecho la reserva con desayuno, el día de la salida, el personal del hotel quería que volviera a pagar el desayuno alegando que no estaba incluido en el precio a pesar de haber firmado los días anteriores recibos de cantidad nula.

Las que limpiaban las habitaciones siempre tocaban sobre las 8 de la mañana a pesar de que en recepción habíamos dicho que no molestaran. Además en cuestión de limpieza sólo hacían la cama, no recogían nada más.
