I don't like your survey, if we are a couple traveling I can only choose between young couple and mature couple, what about the 40 years olds, don't call myself young and certainly nobody considers me mature.

Great location and a beautiful, unique style. Very relaxed atmosphere - none of the artifice or OTT ness of hotel chains or places trying to be super fancy. Great food, lovely staff, beautiful beach - they really put you at ease.

Not much - our room was a little small but we did have a massive balcony with a swing bed to compensate. So I cannot complain.

This was our first visit to Holbox. We loved the island, we loved Casa Las Tortugas! The room was great...the food was wonderful the staff amazing. We will be returning to the Island and will never consider staying anywhere else.

The location was close to town and right on the beach. It was small and cozy.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Very nice beach and plenty of seating and shade. The food was very good.

Our room was Nopal and the only thing I have to mention is the window coverings are not private enough. You can see through them at night providing no privacy. Had to cover them with a blanket and towel.

Hotel sight and buildings, restaurant open to the beach, great breakfasts. Beautuful pool, landscaping. Friendly staff.

Unfortunately the hotel cannot control the noise in the street behind from mechanized golf carts. In time lets hope they run without noise!

Very nice staff, excellent location next to the beach, very good food, the double room with sea view was very nice. We have only good things to say and sure we will be back!

We liked everything

Virtually everything! Loved the updated, spacious room, terrace and bathroom with rainfall shower; perfect location directly on the beach yet bordering the town; lovely pool, spa, reception area and grounds; helpful and accommodating staff, especially Carolina and Julietta.

Enjoyed the spa treatments but thought they were a bit pricey for Mexico. The restaurant was good but a little more variety at breakfast would be most welcome. Small refrigerator in the room would be great or at least supply bottles of water daily.

Beautiful design, excellent location on the beach

Once you found "Casa de las Tortugas" you don't find a better one than this!!! Familybusiness with the warm touch of "Italianita", best treat, warm and friendly staff, best and well kept clean beach on the island - and a must is: stay also at the cosy restaurant for dinner. It is simply the best on the island

we really liked the yoga class, the swinglike sunbeds on the beach, the swimmingpool and the heated jacussi at night. Great breakfast and great beach lokation

Our toilet leaked a bit so it was always wet on the toilet floor, not a big deal but annoying..

I really enjoyed our 5 nights on Holbox as a whole and Casa Las Tortugas was excellent. The hotel is very well located just a few mins walk from the main town centre which is tiny anyway, the beach area out front of the hotel is the best I saw along the coast with lots of different beach furniture and clean white sand - it didn't have the kelp you see washed up along other sections. The room we has was great (king suite) but I saw in to a few others and these looked nice too, staff were very good and the pool and food were also excellent. We also had a nice massage at the spa they have on site which was decent value at 80 usd. Very recommended.

Hmmmm.... Not much to complain about at all to be honest. Only minor critique would be that the pool doesn't open until 10am each day but that was due to them cleaning it so hard to grumble too much, but worth noting if you hoped for an early morning dip (although the sea is about 20m away...)

Everything that was needed was at the resort. If needed, walk to town was easy and simple.

We liked that the pool was the centerpiece of the hotel and how well it was maintained during our stay. We also liked that the hotel was on the beach and not just over-looking it like some of the other hotels on the island. The spa and yoga classes were also appreciated. Finally, we liked that the staff kept the hotel clean and beautiful at all times.

The room we stayed in did not have any type of fridge. We really could've used one in order to store a few bottles of water and other beverages.

From checkin to checkout the staff was fabulous. They treated us like family. Our room was beautiful, the food was excellent, the Spa was fantastic, the pool was immaculate and inviting day and night. They set up anything you wanted to do from trips to whale shark watching. We think it is the most charming well appointed hotel in Holbox. We noticed that people from other hotels came to the beach in front of our hotel because of the beach beds, hammocks, and chairs and also because they keep their beach area perfectly clean. These same people were also showing up at our restaurant. This was a memorable experience in so many ways.

We liked everything

It's right on the beach, very clean, excellent restaurant and wait staff and great hotel staff. The room was nice and cool due to a great ceiling fan. We never used the air conditioner, we were there the end of June.

Even at a discount price, we received: Our choice of welcome cocktail -, a free gourmet, and delicious breakfast, and plenty of good coffee!..But do not expect their best room! An adjoining door was not our favorite.. But decor, and amenities were all there... Casa las tortugas is a boutique Hotel and Spa, has the best restaurant in Holbox, Mandarina, a splendid pool, and I will recommend this place strongly! (Have tried 4 hotels in Holbox ! and this is, by far, my favorite- When I travel without my pet!-)

Adjoining and small room .. But for the price we paid, it was excellent! The a/c, and bedding were top notch..!

The grounds are beautiful, our room was clean and lovely, restaurant was on the beach, the pool is beautiful. Overall, we loved it!

The restaurant is just okay for the price. The menu is limited and the service is extremely slow; the bar service is even slower. Drinks took forever to get!

Cet hôtel est fabuleux! Un vrai petit coin de paradis. Le complexe est magnifique dans une ambiance bohème chic. La décoration et l'aménagement sont étudiés dans les moindres détails. La propriété est super bien entretenue.Une équipe se lève aux aurores pour que tout soit propre et parfait dès votre lever.Tout est du meilleur goût et pour ne rien gâcher le personnel est très pro tout en étant très relax et très chaleureux. Le tout avec un très bon rapport qualité- prix. La cuisine et les cocktails y sont délicieux. Et pour ceux qui prennent la formule chambre+petit dej', ils ne seront pas déçus! Un vrai petit déjeuner cuisiné à choisir entre 3 propositions.

Le service au bar/resto de la plage s'arrête un peu tôt (22h) mais on respecte l'équipe qui fait de très longue journée et a bien mérité à un peu de repos....
