Great location just a couple of blocks from Plaza principal. Nice, cozy room. Very kind employees.

The picture gallery would suggest all rooms have a bathtub and a terrace, but they don't. Just the suites. The standard room is pretty standard, and thus expensive.

In the centre of the city

Breakfast was 1 croissant each... This hotel is incredibly overpriced: worst hotel we stayed in during our trip in Mexico and most expensive one. Do not take the suite! It is on the first floor, street side. Very noisy, feels like cars are driving past your bed. Also the curtains don't keep out the light. If you want a good night's rest: don't go there! I think the owners forgot here what the bsic function of a hotel is: to sleep.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They spoke primarily Spanish which was not a problem with us. I loved the terrace. We were able to have cocktails and watch the sunset. Only a couple of blocks from the main plaza.

No elevator for those who might have trouble lifting their suitcases to the second or third floor. You'll need to do it yourself.

The location just blocks away from the main plaza in downtown; the facilities where good in general.

The room didn't have A/C, just fans. the water heater is old and seems as a potential risk for a gas leak or fire.

Perfect location in the city centre though far enough from the noise at night.

The friendly staff. The short distance to the town.Safety deposit box in our room. The small number of rooms.

An awareness of traffic noise. For non Spanish speaking guests a basic knowledge of English by reception would be a help.

Its closeness to the city center. Fresh orange juice for breakfast.

Not recommended for people with knee problems, pregnant women or little babies because of steep stairs. There is no parking lot and the one recommended is too far away and one has to leave the car keys. Windows and curtains need to be replaced. An additional dark curtain should be considered because light is too bright at 6 am. The entrance looks more like a hostel. At least fluorescent cardboards by the hall should be removed, have plants watered and floors super cleaned. Some light inside the corridor would look nice as well. Even if its a 7 meter corridor, it´s too dark.
