The location is amazing, the room was very big, the view from the balcony was awesome, since we wanted to walk around the city it was great that everything was very just a few steps from there
there were too many very small stairs to get to the room. There was nobody to help us with bags. The badroom wasn't very pretty and I didnt get any hot water at any time
Close to main square
A lot of street noise including church bells staff friendly but you better know a lot more Spanish than we did no dining facility and could not get coffee in am when we wanted it elements in Bath needed tweaking but were all taken care of quickly
The bed was very nice en comfortable. The terrace view was wonderful. My husband took lots of pictures. Everything was beautiful.
The room was huge, but did not even have a desk or table for working on a computer. The bed was good. There was an outdoor rooftop terrace attached to the room.
No Internet. Advertised, but not available in this room at all. Room was on 2nd floor but had to go up stairs, then down stairs, then up stairs again to get to the room. This was a typical Mexican building where each room is built at a separate time with no planning. There was a separate sofa but it was placed so you could not see the tv. The tv was placed to watch in bed only. We moved after 3 days to a place with internet.
Great location just a couple of blocks from Plaza principal. Nice, cozy room. Very kind employees.
The picture gallery would suggest all rooms have a bathtub and a terrace, but they don't. Just the suites. The standard room is pretty standard, and thus expensive.
In the centre of the city
Breakfast was 1 croissant each... This hotel is incredibly overpriced: worst hotel we stayed in during our trip in Mexico and most expensive one. Do not take the suite! It is on the first floor, street side. Very noisy, feels like cars are driving past your bed. Also the curtains don't keep out the light. If you want a good night's rest: don't go there! I think the owners forgot here what the bsic function of a hotel is: to sleep.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They spoke primarily Spanish which was not a problem with us. I loved the terrace. We were able to have cocktails and watch the sunset. Only a couple of blocks from the main plaza.
No elevator for those who might have trouble lifting their suitcases to the second or third floor. You'll need to do it yourself.
Fresh Juice and bread of breakfast. Good location.
Facilities were old, especilly the shower. No air conditioner. No elevator. Wifi was weak. It has problem with my paid of credit card.
The location just blocks away from the main plaza in downtown; the facilities where good in general.
The room didn't have A/C, just fans. the water heater is old and seems as a potential risk for a gas leak or fire.
No one spoke any English at all.
Perfect location in the city centre though far enough from the noise at night.
