Nice quiet comfortable
Long uphill hike from gardine. Not much discount for month stay.
The room was beautiful, comfortable beds and nice decor. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely dining room.
We could never get the Wi-Fi to connect.
Very nice, clean and with big rooms. Staff was very friendly. Some reviews I read say it is cold - well, depending on the season it can get colder, but they have chimneys, heaters and heating blankets, so that was not an issue at all.
You could say it is a bit farther that most hotels, but it is really 850m away from downtown, and slightly away from the noise, so that can be seen as a plus. The way back is steep to walk, but a 5 minute cab can always be an option, its no big deal.
The location is the best! A safe area and lots of things to do and explore around. The price is reasonable for the area.
The room was bare bones. There's was only the essentials: a bed, bathroom and a TV.
Everything! Staff was awesome, the room we stayed in was fantastic, the overall experience was excellent. I would recommend it highly.
Beautiful facility, excellent breakfast, helpful/friendly staff. Amazing views!
Location,poor illumination,a lot of stairs.
Very friendly atmosphere, staff make you feel like it is your second home.
Not the easiest place to find and slightly far from town but quiet and peaceful with fabulous view's
The staff is exceptional, always striving to make your stay perfect. The view from the rooftop patio is stunning. A perfect place for the sunset, a glass of wine with a full view of San Miguel and the entire valley.
very spacious room, good wifi and balcony.
Clean, comfortable, good price and close from downtown
I loved the design and architecture and the fact that it is only 1 year old. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The view over town (from some rooms and the street) is lovely.
It is at the top of the hill and about a 20 minute walk down to town -- an extremely steep climb for anyone who has health issues. No problem if in good shape. Great shape is needed to climb back up -- we took cabs. Also, it was unusually cold in January and the building does not have any heat. Nor do the fireplaces that they advertise work -- they are for show only. And, they didn't have any portable heaters. Other than these two issue, I would definitely stay there again but only in Spring/summer...unless they provide heaters.
Very nice, well-maintianed facility.
Uncomfortable due to temperature - no heat in the rooms.
