- Déco of the room, hotel it's like a Museum - A lot of space in the rooms - just a few people in the hotel - Expensive - No shuttle service airport/hotel

Despite the fact that we'd booked a King Junior Suite, when we checked in we were given a Junior Suite with two double beds. I'm not sure whether this was a hotel error or website error, and when we pointed out the error we were given the correct room.

We (my wife and myself) had a great time at Casa Turquesa in Cancun. Outstanding personnel providing a dedicated and very friendly service. We found the room (king-size bed) clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The jacuzzi at balcony with seaview is something special. For those who look for more privacy and personalized attention, this under 30-room boutique hotel should considered as a better option as compared to the more known huge large-chain 5-star hotels in Cancun area.

I liked the situation of the Hotel, the size of the room, the beach, the pool, many things. The linen in the room is very old, the pilows are also old, the draperie is very old fashion, the air conditioning makes a very laud noise.

La chambre magnifique tout en marbre avec son jaccouzi sur la terrasse. La piscine et la plage. Les décorations de l'hôtel avec des oeuvres d'art, sculptures et tableaux magnifiques. La nourriture très ordinaire; le manque de chaleur du personnel, un peu distant.

klein boutique hotel,rustige sfeer met mooi zwembad,hier kan men relaxen zonder te veel lawaai in en rond het hotel. de ontvangst aan de receptie kon iets warmer en vriendelijker.

La vista al mar! La habitacion que nos toco frente al mar con terraza y jacussi. La atencion de los meseros en el desayuno y lo rico de este. La atencion del sr. De la recepcion. Los cuadros magnificos que tienen en todo el hotel!!! El mar turquesa que se ve desde la recamara. Lo privado. La alberca y asoleadero. El kit de la habitacion siempre fue deficiente ya que nunca habia y tenia que hablar para que me trajeran shampu, acondicionador ,jabon, etc. la falta de un restaurante quer funcionara a la hora de la cena. No existe en realidad, la cena bonita y rica por las noches si no deseas salir del hotel.

Le personnel excellent, l'hotel tres beaux, presque luxueux. Du marbre partout, meme si travaille' mal et donc gaspille' Mais des gros problemes d'humihite soit dans la chambre (mauvais odeurs), que dans le reste de l'hotel (restaurant, hall). Tres mauvais choix de la couleur du marbre dans la salle de bains: cela ressemblait a' un tombeau. Le dernier jour notre sommeil ete' perturbe' par le bruit assourdissant du jacuzzi de la chambre a' cote': dommage!
