This is a marvellous hotel. Once you arrive you leave your cash and credit cards in your safe and enter a money free environment. All meals are free. The only drink you pay for is if you want to order a bottle of wine with dinner. The house wine (by the glass) is free. Beers and cocktails are free. Your biggest tasks are deciding whether to go to the beach or the pool and which restaurant to eat at. The grounds are beautiful. We saw an agouti with two pups. Iguanas are omnipresent and act as if they own the place. The staff are friendly and eager to please. The man who looked after our room had a wonderful imagination when it came to towel folding! The hotel arranges lots of activities including dive courses. But if you want to be independent Collectivos will stop at the hotel entrance. The location of the hotel on booking.com is wrong!! Presently (08/08/2011) it is shown as being 3km from Tulum. It is, in fact, 36km north of Tulum and 25km south of Playa del Carmen. The food is good at the hotel but it is not great. The internet connection is usable but not very fast.

Price, location, reputation, very friendly staff, food quality. Entertainment could be more various , need more variety of sport events and competitions, please buy new table tennis, would like to see more sea food and fish variety in the restaurant's menus.

It was a perfect place for a total 'chilling-out' experience. Staff super friendly and efficient, everything and everywhere spotlessly clean, accomodation good, facilities excellent, food very good.

The beach is great, unusual hotel area - very wild and still very safe. Is is pretty loud in the first building (rooms 20xx,21xx,22xx) due to the road behind the hotel.

We like the all inclusive nature of the resort. The big choices are which restaurant to go to. The resort is big enough for there to be choice but not so big that you feel insignificant. There are smokers in all the areas other than the non-smoking areas.

Personale sempre disponibile e gentile! Ottimi ristoranti e ottima pulizia! Lo consiglio a chiunque! Unico neo poca e carente assistenza per difficoltà fuori villaggio.. A noi hanno rubato il passaporto in taxi e è stata dura relazionassi con le strutture esterne! A parte ciò lo consigliamo a pieni voti!

La qualità di un servizio perfetto e sempre a disposizione ma mai invadente, l'ottima struttura del villaggio, la grande varietà e qualità di ristoranti e pietanze proposti. Nessuno...veramente eccellente

- La plage quasi déserte et l'eau de mer turquoise à 28° - La variété des restaurants, surtout le Terrasse (tapas) - L'ambiance cosmopolite - Le personnel du diving club - La gentillesse du personnel en général - Certaines activités comme les cours d'espagnol - Le restaurant grill près de la plage et ses grillades de poissons et de viandes - Les collectivos sur la route qui évitent la location de voitures - Les clients qui profitent du "all inclusive" pour boire trop d'alcool.... - Une partie de la clientèlequi est plutot "bas de gamme" - L'absence de limousine provenant de l'aéroport, ou de renseignements pour prendre le bus jaune - A l'arrivée les discussions sur paiment en $ ou en $MEX. - Le bar Sorrento près de la piscine pour le breakfast qui avait constamment du matériel en panne (toaster en particulier), mais qui était beaucoup plus sympathique que la grande salle fermée avec buffet (qui rappelait le Club Med) - Le restaurant mexicain très bon mais trop bruyant

Personal : agradable, profesional y atento a las necesidades del clientele (no està motivado única mentre por la propina còmo en Punta Cana). Habitaciones : amplias,con mucha Agua caliente. Instalaciones y edificios apadaptados al entorno natural lo que hace que no te sientas en un complejo artificial . comida bufet correcto en desayunos y comidas, zumos excelentes en la playa , Buenos còctels y pizzla finas rics y saludables en la playa y buen restaurante a la carta para las cenas (el mexicano es el mas flojo). Playa de las mejores y mas tranquilas de la Riviera. Alejado del ruido de playa del Carmen ideal para desconectar y descansar. Regresaremos , felicitamos a la direccion y en concreto al Sr. De Juana por su profesionalidad . Lo peor es llegar ,los taxistas del aeropuerto son unos piratas ,incluso los oficiales . Recomiendo negociar con anticipacion los traslados con la taxista oficial Liliana toda una professional concedora de su país y Legal ,todo un descubrimiento para concer la realidad de la zona evitando las comisiones lilianacantu18@hotmail.com. Estaria bien que ofreciera un traslado a playa del Carmen , un par de veces al dia.

La relación calidad precio es buena. Además es un hotel mediano (a comparación de los que hay en la zona) y eso te permite mayor privacidad en las áreas comunes. El spa está muy bien, la masajista que nos tocó a nosotros (Eloisa) es muy buena. Otro acierto es que tiene incluidas las bebidas internacionales. La comida en el restaurante italiano es mala. Recomendaríamos sin duda el bar de tapas y el restaurante mexicano. La cama estaba ya tan blanda y hundida que tuvimos dolor de espalda todas las mañanas. En el baño a veces olía mucho la coladera. El horario del desayuno buffet termina muy temprano (10 am) y si estás de vacaciones no quieres estar presionado por el horario del restaurante.

Staff super, pieno di confort curati al dettaglio spiaggia bellissima, villaggio bellissimo, molto pulito, il cibo e' ok, le bevande non mancano mai. Tutto il personale dalla reception, al servizio di pulzia, al cameriere, il giardiniere......molto cordiale e disponibile!!! CONSIGLIATISSIMO Un unica nota (negativa): e' stata la "scheda" chiave della camera.. Lo dovuta cambiare 5 volte in una settimana perche' non apriva.. Comunque credo che sia stato solo un caso!!!

E' stata una piacevole sorpresa oltre alle alle aspettative. Servizio ottimo, divertente anche senza parteciapre a tutte le attività che vengono offerte. Mare e posizione incantevole.

Que al no ser una macro instalación lo tienes todo a 5 minutos andando, tanto playa, piscina, restaurantes, lobby del hotel,.... Existe mucha tranquilidad en el hotel al no aceptar nilños y no hubo que realizar esperas para cenar, a excepción de un día. Si lo que buscas son actividades, este no es tu hotel, las ectividades de noche eran escasas, acaban sobre las 22:30-23:00 y muy dirigidas para los italianos, que son los huespedes mayoritarios.

Todo o casi todo, estuvimos 12 días y nos gusto, totalmente recomendable. Lo mejor; calidad-precio. Incluido en el precio servicio de habitaciones. Playa, piscina, bebida, comida y sol. Para quien busque estas cosas; el paraíso. Hotel solo para adultos, sin niños tirándose en bomba a la piscina! Hicimos un cambio de habitación por la conexión a internet (transportaron ellos las maletas , muy atentos). Cuanto más alejado estés del edificio principal peor conexión a inet. Nos pusieron en el edificio más cercano y la conexión hasta el router no era mala pero si la de inet. Algo que si necesitas estar conectado es importante. Por pedir o sugerir que no quede; hay un chiringuito en la playa que hace zumos ( o como dicen ellos: jugos). Por supuesto están riquisimos. Pega, cierran a las 17:00.

La posizione sul mare, la qualità del cibo, le infrastrutture, la possibilità di scoprire le immersioni! 1. Ci sono veramente solo coppie! 2 la posizione a metà strada tra Tulum e Playa del Carmen (forse per una mia disattenzione, ma avevo capito chel'hotel fosse a Tulum e invce e a 20 minuti d'auto e dall'uno e dall'altra) però se si affitta un'auto diventa un problema secondario.
