- La plage quasi déserte et l'eau de mer turquoise à 28° - La variété des restaurants, surtout le Terrasse (tapas) - L'ambiance cosmopolite - Le personnel du diving club - La gentillesse du personnel en général - Certaines activités comme les cours d'espagnol - Le restaurant grill près de la plage et ses grillades de poissons et de viandes - Les collectivos sur la route qui évitent la location de voitures

- Les clients qui profitent du "all inclusive" pour boire trop d'alcool.... - Une partie de la clientèlequi est plutot "bas de gamme" - L'absence de limousine provenant de l'aéroport, ou de renseignements pour prendre le bus jaune - A l'arrivée les discussions sur paiment en $ ou en $MEX. - Le bar Sorrento près de la piscine pour le breakfast qui avait constamment du matériel en panne (toaster en particulier), mais qui était beaucoup plus sympathique que la grande salle fermée avec buffet (qui rappelait le Club Med) - Le restaurant mexicain très bon mais trop bruyant

La relación calidad precio es buena. Además es un hotel mediano (a comparación de los que hay en la zona) y eso te permite mayor privacidad en las áreas comunes. El spa está muy bien, la masajista que nos tocó a nosotros (Eloisa) es muy buena. Otro acierto es que tiene incluidas las bebidas internacionales.

La comida en el restaurante italiano es mala. Recomendaríamos sin duda el bar de tapas y el restaurante mexicano. La cama estaba ya tan blanda y hundida que tuvimos dolor de espalda todas las mañanas. En el baño a veces olía mucho la coladera. El horario del desayuno buffet termina muy temprano (10 am) y si estás de vacaciones no quieres estar presionado por el horario del restaurante.

Staff super, pieno di confort curati al dettaglio spiaggia bellissima, villaggio bellissimo, molto pulito, il cibo e' ok, le bevande non mancano mai. Tutto il personale dalla reception, al servizio di pulzia, al cameriere, il giardiniere......molto cordiale e disponibile!!! CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Un unica nota (negativa): e' stata la "scheda" chiave della camera.. Lo dovuta cambiare 5 volte in una settimana perche' non apriva.. Comunque credo che sia stato solo un caso!!!

This is a marvellous hotel. Once you arrive you leave your cash and credit cards in your safe and enter a money free environment. All meals are free. The only drink you pay for is if you want to order a bottle of wine with dinner. The house wine (by the glass) is free. Beers and cocktails are free. Your biggest tasks are deciding whether to go to the beach or the pool and which restaurant to eat at. The grounds are beautiful. We saw an agouti with two pups. Iguanas are omnipresent and act as if they own the place. The staff are friendly and eager to please. The man who looked after our room had a wonderful imagination when it came to towel folding! The hotel arranges lots of activities including dive courses. But if you want to be independent Collectivos will stop at the hotel entrance.

The location of the hotel on booking.com is wrong!! Presently (08/08/2011) it is shown as being 3km from Tulum. It is, in fact, 36km north of Tulum and 25km south of Playa del Carmen. The food is good at the hotel but it is not great. The internet connection is usable but not very fast.

La struttura non è enorme e l'atmosfera rimane quindi piuttosto raccolta, tranquilla e rilassata. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, così come le aree comuni. E' possibile scegliere tra 5 diversi ristoranti, tutti di qualità medio alta, con menu a tema (noi abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il ristorante messicano e la steak house con vista mare). Bellissimi gli spettacoli proposti la sera nel teatro (in particolare, il musical e l'esibizione di flamenco). L'animazione in spiaggia è varia, senza tuttavia risultare invadente. E' proposta da un'equipe Italiana di ragazzi veramente simpatici e in gamba.
