The food at the grill was excellent. Awesome pool area and good drinks. Great value for the money. Beds could be a bit better. The mattresses were not very supportive |

This has been our favourite beach for the last 13 years. We have been to the hotel for 9 years, the hotel has improved , we still enjoy the beach and sea most of all. |

The entire experience was mind-blowing. The food and drinks were ever-flowing, and unbelievable, the activities were fantastic, and the resort itself was one of the most beautiful I've ever stayed at. The language barrier with some of the staff was a bit of a drag, but once you found the right people it was smooth as could be. |

Super hôtel : à taille humaine, très chic, très propre, super restaurant (surtout le "Centenario" pour les spécialités mexicaines). Très belle plage, très beau jardin tropical (palmiers, cocotiers, iguanes en liberté...)très bon service, très bon accueil. Equivalent à un 4* européen. Dysfonctionnement du boîtier de commande de la lumière de la chambre : on a dû demander 2 fois une réparation. Tout a été résolu. Très bon suivi du Guest Service. |

Muy buena ubicación, con unas instalaciones muy correctas, comida exquisita, personal encantador y todo a un precio buenísimo. Un sitio perfecto para descansar, disfrutar del sol, la playa y el buceo. |

Que es solo para adultos y no hay niños correteando todo el dia por alli... Se nota. Muy buen servicio tambien. Zona tranquila, no como Cancun o Playa del Carmen. Las habitaciones nuevas estan muy bien. Lo estan reformando. Las viejas no son muy confortables. Pedir que os pongan en una nueva. Sino las camas no son muy comodas. |

En general el nivel de los servicios y el personal muy competente y atento. Muy bien los restarurantes, buena atencion. Excelente equipo animacion.El nivel general es muy alto. Muy recomendable. Destaca mucho en negativo el servicio de Intranet. Lo primero es un gran contraste que sea un servicio de pago en un hotel all inclusive de este nivel. Ademas hay solo 2 PCs disponibles y la navegacion es terriblemente lenta y poco operativa. Algo a corregir de manera urgente, sin duda. |

Le système tout inclu est génial et ce terme est très aproprié pour cet hotel qui sert à boire et à manger à toute heure et pour tous les goûts. La nourriture est très variée, plusieurs types restaurants sont à disposition pour le diner: mexicain, italien, grillades, bar à tapas. Les chambres sont belles, confortables et spacieuses. Cet hotel n'est pas accessible aux enfants, donc ambiance amis et festive. |
