El confort del hotel para viajes de trabajo, comodo, limpio y sus servicios, internet, gym. Si de hecho los alimentos el bufet enviado, le falta un poco de huevo y además la calidad de los alimentos deben mejorarla, ya que me enfermé del estómago.

La limpieza y sencillez de las habitaciones es excepcional para un viaje de negocios, que en mi caso fue el motivo de mi visita a Campeche, sin embargo, considero regresar más adelante y hospedarme nuevamente en el City Express Campeche. Si hubiera un aspecto que sugiero se puede mejorar sería el desayuno que ofrece el City Express Campeche, sería el desayuno que ofrecen ya que por tarifas similares me he hospedado en lugares que ofrecen un desayuno con mayor variedad, por poner un ejemplo, podrían ofrecer huevos revueltos o con jamón, quizás pan tostado y una mayor variedad en la fruta.

No mucho...nada en particular El area de fumadores es punto de reunion para fiestas, canticos y tomadera. A las 9am aun no habian limpiado el lugar lleno de botes de cerveza y colillas regadas por todos lados. El elevador hace un ruido ensordecedor cada vez que llega a un piso... Nadie atendiendo el domingo. No hay vigilancia de noche. Se siente muy inseguro el Hotel.

Very Clean! English speaking clerk was very helpful. I enjoyed the cold sodas and snacks in the evening. They cancelled our reservation!!! After booking it 1 month in advance for 7 days with Booking.com someone at the hotel cancelled it the next day. We were not advised by Booking.com or the hotel that is was cancelled. When we arrived on a very stormy day, it took us 1 1/2 hours to finally get into a room and had to pay a higher price than was quoted on Booking.com.

the room was really clean and comfortable, breakfast had good variety. staff were really helpful when needed to extend trip through illness, and also allowed us to check out late and had free taxi to bus station on departure
