Location.

Internet too slow, fax machine wasn't working.

Close to every thing I needed

Nothing that the web site stated was true free breakfast only on mon n thurs no working fax or internet which was important since almost everyone who stays there is there for business at the consulate

That my husband and I had separate beds. Didn't like that there wasn't a pool or a workout room.

The location was convinient,the room was very clean,and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room is very small, beds are twins not queen like they advertise but for the price it was ok!!!

Embassy offices and Main Bldg. very close. Excellent location! It is clean and very comfortable, staff very security visible and helpful.

It needs another area as a waiting room or foyer. Internet/business area not very appropriate for more businesses directed people.

The location was convenient, the room was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful.. During a previous stay in Ciudad Juarez, I stayed at the Holiday Inn, and I enjoyed City Junior much more.

Staff very rude rip offs like typical mexican rooms are nothing like picture

I liked how close the hotel was to the us counsul,

I hated the service. They dont even try to help fix any issues. #1. they only have 2 pilows per room and if you want another it 60 pesos oer pillow, im disabled and needed 4 more $$$$$$$. Not Fair. #2. I asked brfore i reserved the room if they had high speed internet they said yes and it never fails. Not True, It took 4 hours to buy an airline ticket, normaly 10 min. and hours to reacive email doc's i needed for our immigracion app. this made us almost lose our appointment. Not Cool. #3. The worst was that they have their water regulated for the bathroom, absolutly NO PRESSURE for a good shower, almost impossable. Seriously i could pee with more pressure than the faucet could put out to wash your hands. NO LIE. When i told then about this they said every were in Juarez its the same way and that the government put limits on everyones showers, faucets and toilets. This is not compleatly true, Ive stayed in Hotel IBIS, Holiday Express and Quality Inn, they have tones of pressure. I stayed in these other hotels after City Jr, Its just City Jr trying to cut corners and save money. Seriously no pressure, Not Cool, so we had to leave There were several other issues that forces the 1 out of a ten!!

This is a ideal hotel for all of those people that are going to the consulado is just in from of the consulado and the clinics covinient and save on the transportation from other hotels is really clean and a nice place to stay if I would go to cd juarez againg this would be the hotel I would plus is cheap and nice

Me qeda muy cercas del Consulado buen servicio y muy limpio.

La habitación es muy chica, y cara para lo que se ofrece, ya que en comparacion con otros hoteles, los otros ofrecen mucho mejor habitacion, y mucho mejor precio, y en la misma zona de trabajo.

la ubicacion,la atencion, el precio, la atencion del personal de cobro, camarera, y los guardias que cuidan y te orientan....

que no tenga un restaurant pequeno para desaynar bien, comer y cenar tambien que el personal de cobro te oriente al llegar que no puedes tomar fotos afuera donde salga el consulado porque los guardias del consulado vienen por ti y te detienen ok.....

Estuve muy a gusto, pero me di cuenta que tuve que Checked out el sabado muy temprano. entonces no debi pagar el sabado

Que llegamos a las 9.00 pm y ya no me quisieron aceptar la recervacion me dijeron que tenia que estar maximo a las 6.00 de la tardey si tenian habitaciones pero mas caras y las doble son de cama individual

El lugar es muy limpio y en excelente ubicación frente al consulado !!! y el consejero de migración q ofrece el hotel sabe lo q hace, de confianza y muy amable !!!

Creo q podrían mejorar el desayuno continental !!!
