- La actitud de la recepcionista que no tiene actitud de servicio. La habitación no tenia jabón, las tollas están todas roidas. No hay suficiente espacio en el area de comedor.

Nous avons aimé le matelas Les prix n'était pas ceux affichés sur le site de booking. Le personnel n'a fait aucun effort pour nous comprendre. La chambre était sale.

It was close to the airport I paid a higher price online. When I got to the hotel they were advertising a much lower price. Said the deal is you pay a higher price online. Very bad business practice, they also wanted to charge me more than the price online because " the computer said so".

Clean , modern, efficient staff The breakfast is lousy, the coffee is a disaster . Common guys it don't make cost savings in irrelevant things, the cost of a good quality breakfast is peanuts compared to the rest of your cost structure, Don't ruin an otherwise good experience to save money on a pair of eggs!!
