Room was nice and bed good.

Airport shuttle driver dropped a group of us off at wrong terminal for our flight after telling him which airline we were on. Had to walk a long distance to other terminal and barely made the flight. They need to know what airlines are at what terminal.

clean, comfortable, good access, handicap room, close to the airport.

Breakfast is a little bit poor, but is included in the room price.

The front desk is 24 hours.

Free Shuttle bus does not run all night, also it runs once every hour. They don't offer any information about Cancun or give you a map. Wifi barely works. Restaurant is more of builders greasy cafe with with not much option of food. Staff were rude and when you wanted to complaint, they said (in English) we don't speak English and the manager is not hear (again in English). Air condition was very loud throughout the night. Oh yes and there was no water to have a shower with, we were told you'll have to wait for an hour for the tank to fill up.

The rooms are very clean and the location is ideal for those who choose to stay near the airport (I spent one night waiting for my flight the next day). It's close to a Burger King and a 7 Eleven.

There is no mini fridge in the room, which would be great to keep cold the beverages I bought downstairs on the vending machine.

Hotel is located 5 min. from airport with hotel shuttle for free. Location is not good because of the highway but it didn´t disturb me. Anyways it´s kind of hotel just for one day stay if your flight is too early or late for departure from Playa del Carmen or other distant location. Hotel was clean and really nice equiped. Breakfast was nice!!!

I didn´t like the fact, wifi was available only at reception!!!! They say it´s everywhere but then when you don´t get connection at the room and ask why, they tell you the router box is not so strong.... and then you must stay downstairs. :(

It,s a very comfartable airport hotel, the facilities are very good, and the staff is very helpful

Close to the airport, free transfer, delicious breakfast one of the best included in room rate, good wifi connection, cheap bus link giving you oportunity to get downtown within 20-25 mnutes. Staff very friendly and helpfull.

Bit noisy A/C, we had to wait about 45min to be picked up from the airport but it seems to be normal way of life here.

Due to a cancelled flight and not being able to call them and cancel our first night on the 16th --I was charged for that night--book it--tried to cancel my second night on the 22 and rebook it again, now I had to pay for 3 nights when I was only there one

Clean comfortable rooms and very convenient for the Airport with a great free pick up/drop off service. Breakfast was good.

Lack of anything in the Hotel, no bar or swimming pool although the brochure said there was a bar and jacuzzi on the roof. Hotel is on the side of the busy 4 lane highway so noisy. If I stayed again I would ask for top floor room. I would only recommend this for a one night stay before or after arriving or departing Cancun Airport.

We ask for king/queen bed and get twin beds and the could not change our room

1. Air conditioner very noisy. 2. Airport shuttle starts at 7:15 am, if you have an early flight you need to take a taxi. (and even later it's only every hour.)

Proximity to airport. Shuttle service to and from airport, otherwise $35 for a 5 minute car ride. Good breakfast included.

The offerd shuttle service only runs from 7am to 8pm. So if you arrive at the airport after 8pm the hotel doesn't offer you any replacement and the airport taxi driver will charge you for 45$ !!!! Even thou it is only 4 km ride (6,4 mile). We ended up walking and it took us 30 min.

Very close to airport but far enough away that you did not hear planes. Very clean and beds were comfortable.

This seems to be a problem for travelers in all of Mexico. No one wants to make change. Usually when you go to an atm you get 500 peso bills, and they are impossible to use. You would like a hotel to be able to help the traveler with that.

This is an airport hotel used for it's proximity to the Cancun airport for an early flight. Room was luxurious at any price. Free airport shuttle and good free breakfast. Also pretty good dinner food was available.

Printer was " broken", so many guests wrangled with a convoluted way of sending their boarding passes to the front desk where they could be printed. Very time consuming. Breakfast did not start til 7 am so those ready for the 7 am shuttle missed breakfast. Shuttle only goes on the hour and left late.
