Good, if you want to be in Party Central, but hopeless if you want to go to sleep much before 5:00am. Very close to the beach. It was only the staff of the Eclipse Hotel, attached, that made our week long stay tolerable. They were wonderful and supplied us with the missing essentials.
Access, no kitchen appliances, e.g. no toaster, no coffee maker, no microwave, no saucepans, no cutlery - kitchen or table, no table to eat at, or chairs for the non-existent table. There was a frying pan, but have you ever tried boiling eggs or cooking spaghetti in a frying pan? There was a/c in the first "condo", No. 3, but it only had two settings, ON and OFF. And, there was no remote controller. You had to stand on the edge of the bath to reach the mains breaker! The wall mounted flat screen TV, viewable only from on the bed, didn't have a remote either.
After the first night we moved into "condo" No. 2, which was a studio apartment. Again, no cutlery or kitchen equipment, nowhere to sit to eat a meal. However, the a/c did work properly, and there were remotes for the a/c and TV.
There was no Condo Sacbe wi-fi, but the Eclipse Hotel allowed us to use their wi-fi, but it meant using it in, or just outside, the hotel reception.
