Hotel Cozumel & Resort  

I liked that it was close to downtown

The loud live entertainment in the pool area that started at 8:30pm and didn't end until 10:30pm everynight. The door to the room was not aligned and had gaps and you could every movement and sound as if the door were wide open.

The very loud show at night, very tacky and old fashioned , can't believe you had this absolutely hideous, and it would run over time , til 945pm when we were trying to get to sleep! The too hot spa pool could not get in the very cold swimming pool, could not swim , too cold!

Warm water space in the room

The beach (stones) the food (very basic) the insulation of the room (very noisy)

The price & location, a short walk to town and shopping.

The beds were hard as rocks & the pillows felt like they had been filled with handful's of something, they had balls of stuffing in them. They were way beyond needing replaced. There were three of us and they only left towels for 2. We didn't think much of breakfast either, I ate mainly Frosted Flakes. Bread & sweet rolls, etc. were dried out. Promised in-room Wi-Fi worked only in the lobby and was very slow. If all you want to do is go diving, eat & sleep it is adequet but take your own pillow.

Het hotel voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Wat we wel niet hadden verwacht maar heel leuk was, is de animatie. Die mensen leveren wel een hele prestatie, elke dag een andere show!

Helt otroligt fint och en underbar lägehet på 170 kvm mötte oss vid ankomsten. Vi är 100 % nöjda med vistelsen :)

Absolut ingenting !!!!!

При заезде в отель менеджер ресепшина отказался нас заселять, сославшись на то, что менеджер который занимается бронированием отсутствует на рабочем месте и будет только в понедельник (это была суббота). Предложил тот же номер что мы и забронировали через booking, но в 2 раза дороже. Отсюда вопрос: почему этот отель участвует в программе booking если его персонал не принимает брони сделанный оплайн???

Di fronte all'hotel è disponibile un centro diving convenzionato e onesto, che propone corsi PADI, immersioni ed escursioni. Occorre pagare in anticipo, ma qualora non foste in grado di effettuare l'escursione (a noi è capitato) restituiscono l'intera somma.

La camera 1005, al piano terra, è decisamente umida. Se possibile, nella prenotazione, chiedete di non soggiornarvi! Inoltre l'hotel dista circa 1,7Km dal centro ed è quindi necessario prendere un taxi per raggiungere un centro commerciale o un ristorante o spazio di ristoro (l'hotel comunque offre pranzo e cena su richiesta)

Très bon point de départ : ai beaucoup aimé Cozumel en général : île de rève (balade en scooter vers le Sud, plongée). Accès à la plage de l'hôtel sympa.

Plutôt centre de vacances qu'hôtel. Chambre du rez de chaussée sentait l'humidité. Mauvaise isolation phonique (surtout avec des voisins scuba divers bruyants).
