The hotel is located in the city centre, around 5-10 min from a metro station. Zocalo, the main square is in a walkable distance, so quite good quality for the money it costs. |

Location, very close to paseo Reforma from where you can reach all the sights easily, some by foot, others by metro or bus. I also liked that there was a Starbucks really nearby! Rooftop swimming pool was nice as well. Didn't think the staff were very friendly but they weren't really unfriendly either. |

The location, close to the city center, you can walk the distance, safe. Clean rooms, small, but enough for just sleep in it. Good food in the hotel restaurant. Just the poor english of the stuff, but the problem is general, not only in this hotel.I expected that in the mega city as Mex.c.sure is , they understand english. |

The staffs were friendly and helpful and the place of Hotel was good. The rooms had not any air conditioning and were very cold at this season; anything in hotel was very old. The facilities of Hotel were for 1 star not 3 stars, and I didn’t recommend to any one. |

Just sleep because the pool wasn't always open and when it was I wasn't in the hotel because I was sight seeing. The beds were very rough, there was a distinct odor (old), the pool wasn't open even around 9pm and the staff spoke little to no English. Also, no ac the room was very hot; I spoke to someone at the counter and they said its central air (that's a lie). The tv in the room is also very old and does not have any remotes. |

Es un buen hotel con excelente ubicación. Todo le funciona y esta muy limpio. El personal es atento y amable. Encontré algunos bichos en el baño. Podrian fumigar y se evitarían comentarios negativos ya que el hotel esta en general muy bien. |

A localização do hotel. Que as depesas do restaurante sejam vinculadas a do hotel, pois são despesas distintas e o hospede tem sempre que está pagando a conta apos as refeições. Outra coisa, tornar o menu mais internacional. |

primeramente la presentacion de el hotel en el loby es algo deprimente ,parece un hotel de paso , segunda le falta una buena remodelada a su loby ya que se quedo con la imagen de los 60's.despues sus habitaciones sencillas son sumamente reducidas que parecen habitaciones de jugetes camas minis y ademas muy incomodas , como tambien sus alnohadas lo son parecen que fueron rellenos de trapos viejos. |

pouvoir disposer de la piscine aisement grace à l'attribution d'une chambre au 9 eme etage , celui de la piscine ; le bruit de nos voisins de chambre, le téléphone interne qui ne marchait pas. la station de metro assez eloignée. |

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, posizione centrale, staff disponibile. Camere non troppo moderne, sciacquone che si incanta e va per tutta la notte, consiglio di portarvi i tappi per le orecchie. |
