no queen room reserved by me online, but one big bed room.

Location, very close to paseo Reforma from where you can reach all the sights easily, some by foot, others by metro or bus. I also liked that there was a Starbucks really nearby! Rooftop swimming pool was nice as well.

Didn't think the staff were very friendly but they weren't really unfriendly either.

The location, close to the city center, you can walk the distance, safe. Clean rooms, small, but enough for just sleep in it. Good food in the hotel restaurant.

Just the poor english of the stuff, but the problem is general, not only in this hotel.I expected that in the mega city as Mex.c.sure is , they understand english.

Location, smile and friendly hotel staff, romantic swiming pool on the roof, clean room, ...

Just sleep because the pool wasn't always open and when it was I wasn't in the hotel because I was sight seeing.

The beds were very rough, there was a distinct odor (old), the pool wasn't open even around 9pm and the staff spoke little to no English. Also, no ac the room was very hot; I spoke to someone at the counter and they said its central air (that's a lie). The tv in the room is also very old and does not have any remotes.

Helpful staff.

There is no drinking water in the hotel unless you buy it at 2.5 $ per 50cl bottle. They provide you with a bottle per day. The hotel is very difficult a 4 star hotel, and contrary to what is announced in booking.com, there is no buffet breakfast at all.

pouvoir disposer de la piscine aisement grace à l'attribution d'une chambre au 9 eme etage , celui de la piscine ;

le bruit de nos voisins de chambre, le téléphone interne qui ne marchait pas. la station de metro assez eloignée.

Hintaan nähden hyvä lyhyeen vierailuun, sijainti erinomainen lähellä nähtävyyksiä.

Hieman nuhruinen, ala-aulassa hieman epämääräistä porukkaa

Camere non troppo moderne, sciacquone che si incanta e va per tutta la notte, consiglio di portarvi i tappi per le orecchie.

aamiaispalvelu ja bellboy palvelut, muuta emme tarvinneetkaan. Asiallinen palvelu ja siisteys riittava. Sijainti loistavat matkailijalle.

掃除が行き届いていない。部屋が暗すぎる。バス、トイレの仕切りが不十分でしかもバスマットもなく、シャワー使用後は水浸しになってします。
