    This was a fabulous place to stay for a short lay over between flights. The most wonderful comfortable bed. Located close to the airport it was a peaceful haven of lovely gardens and a pool, you could be miles from the airport.

    For a long stay there are not many restaurant choices but the service was excellent.

    Booked this last minute because of missed connecting flight. Proximity to the airport and excellent shuttle bus. Nice pool. Very good breakfast.

    Dinner at the hotel restaurant was overpriced but probably usual for this type of hotel.

    The king size bed was amazing

    The hotel website lists an incorrect number to contact for a shuttle transfer. We called the number and they said we needed to call hotel directly - difficult without coins or calling card . They did end up contacting hotel and organising shuttle

    Convenience of being close to the airport and complimentary shuttle

    Room smelled bad. Location is SO isolated. Front desk staff weren't so friendly.

    I accidentally booked a flight that brought us in at 10:45 pm and our destination was Merida. So we decided that we would stay the night here to be safe. The staff were polite and friendly. We had breakfast which would be considered expensive for Mexico, however it was delicious!

    The room smelt of mold. You can just tell the environment is so humid. Too humid for having carpeted floors throughout the hotel. The mattress was a little too firm for my liking but all in all it was a comfortable stay.

    A very upscale well appointed facility and the garden and pool area and restaurant were all excellent!!!

    I was in the restaurant with only one other table present and the time to take to serve me was slightly too long. I was a little surprised as there were plenty of staff in the restaurant and the rest of the service had been excellent. This only happened when it was slow and when I had dinner in the restaurant and it was filled to capacity the service was fast.

    Convenience to airport Pool area Well equipped Comfortable room Free shuttle to airport

    First room on ground floor smelt v musty....but alternative room provided on higher floor was fine. Food looked great on the menu but tasted very bland and was disappointing.

    Prompt staff reaction to any query or complaint.

    The noise from the obras which made me change my room from first to second floor. Lack of tv on ground floor except in restaurant. No option of small pizzas in restaurant !

    Breakfast was good. Staff at breakfast v helpful and attentive.

    Reception staff not at all welcoming, to the contrary.This was our first impression of Mexico and it was v poor. We booked a king size bed and didn't get one though it was apparent the hotel was not full. It was a most unpleasant experience. Wouldn't stay with you again.

    Are you kiddimg? I prepaid the stay of my nephew informing it to be charged in my credit card but the hotel simply refused to let him Joaquim Figueiredo to stay and you ask my opinion? Is it joke? You advertise that booking with another petson mine- is possible but the hotel doesnit him ge the room ? Plese reimburse me and I will others know that the system is not reliable

    it was ideal to stay over night, we were picked up from airport and taken straight to the hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff.

    I did like the shuttle which ran every 30 minutes..and it was close to the airport which is what i needed

    no shuttle into town.

    The location was perfect as we were attending an event at the Moon Palace. The pool, jacuzzi, and the veranda were all very relaxing. The buffet breakfast was delicious.

    Both times we used the restaurant we asked for our check and the waiter brought it already closed out and since I was using a credit card and had no cash with me the only options I had were to either do another charge voucher or go to my room for cash to tip. The second time it happened I was tempted to not tip but having worked as a bartender for over 20 years I could not bring myself to do it. Also the instructions to use the internet were very ambiguous and did not work the way it was stated on the instruction sheet in the room.
