The manager compensated us for the problems that we had with the "Beach Club" experience. There was no information available on the the "Beach Club" and we had several problems while trying to take advantage of it. The shuttle only takes guests there at 10:00 am and 12:00 noon. We arrived right at 12. The clerk told us that we could take a taxi there but he wasn't sure what the "Beach Club" really was. He couldn't tell us how much it would cost for food or drinks. When we arrived, we couldn't figure out what to do either. Then, apparently we were the only ones there and they forgot to pick us up at 6:00 pm. The manager gave us a discount at the restaurant to compensate us for our trouble.

Efficient hotel when flying early the next day. The free shuttle worked well. Room clean, nice and quiet. Beds comfortable. The restaurant good food and service! A little disappointed when the hotel charge 35M$ for a small bottle of water at the front desk. There is no hotel store and no stores in the vicinity of the hotel.

5 minutes from the airport, they have an airportshuttle (you do have to phone them to arrange a pick up). Shuttle back to the airport is every half hour. Ideal after a long flight or on your last day of your holiday. Beds are comfortable The food is a litte overpriced and nothing special. Breakfast is not included (12 euro per person) Nothing to do in the area, so I wouldn't stay longer than 1 night.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, good location near the airport and the ambiance is nice. The hotel doesn't have a weighing scale to weigh luggage.

5 Star accommodations for a 3 star price. Convenient to the airport: free airport shuttle brought us there in a few minutes for a very early morning flight.

It's a nice and very clean hotel near the Cancun airport. The staff was very friendly. We just stayed there one night but if you search for a hotel near the airport it's a good deal.

It is the closest hotel to the Cancun Airport and has a free shuttle to and from the airport. The room was good, the restaurant had good food and a nice pool.

Vicinanza con l'aereoporto e la navetta gratis per l'aereoporto tra l'altro vicinissimo. Chiaramente è lontanuccio invece dal centro di cancun e dalla zona hotelera

L’hôtel se trouve à proximité de l'aéroport de Cancun et donc idéalement placé pour un départ le lendemain tôt dans la matinée. Une navette de l’hôtel vous achemine en 7 minutes à l'aeroport. Bien que situé sur la grand route de Cancun vers Chetumal, il y a un vaste parking à l'avant et derrière l’hôtel un jardin avec piscine où l'on peut se détendre dans le calme sans entendre les bruits de la circulation. A part cela , tout le confort qu'on peut attendre d'une chaîne d’hôtels réputée.

Hotel liegt nahe beim Airport (15 min,). Gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis. Pool, Gym und Internet sind im Preis enthalten. Freundliches Personal.

Ottimo l'hotel scelto per la sua posizione vicino all'aeroporto, molto utile per l'arrivo e per la partenza. Costo un po alto, ma dispone di una navetta gratuita da e per l'aeroporto.

Perfetto hotel da aeroporto. Ideale per riposare dopo un lungo viaggio o per partenze mattutine. Eccellente il sevizio navetta e gli altri servizi dell'albergo. Personale cortese e disponibile.

Sehr sauberes und Flughafen nah gelegenes Hotel. Wir hatten incl Frühstück gebucht, sollten aber trotzdem bezahlen, nachdem wir unsere Booking.com Buchung vorlegten, wurde alles freundlich geregelt. Das Restaurant war ein wenig überteuert, aber bezahlbar.

В ресторане постоянно обсчитывают, выставляют двойной счет за завтрак и т.д. На рецешене работают очень медленно и крайне неохотно помогают (вызов такси, заказ экскурсий). Отель находится далеко от мест досуга.

Este Holel se encuentra a 2 km del Aeropuerto internacional de Cancun, ideal para hospedarse coordinando una salida temprana de avión. Calidad excelente, todo impecable, la habitación, baño, servicio de shuttle al aeropuerto (incluso nos llevaron en forma excepcional luego que el móvil había recién salido al aeropuerto). Personal muy dedicado a prestar la major atención. El servisio de restaurante ideal para una cena la noche antes de partir. Relación precio/calidad excelente. Cien por ciento recomendable.

キューバへのトランジット一泊だった為ビーチホテルエリアよりも空港に近くて安いこのホテルを選び、結果正- 解だった 通常空港からホテルまで35ドル程度かかる送迎が往復無料というだけでもお得感がある。カタコト英語でも電- 話すると5〜10分程度で迎えにきてくれた セントロへお土産を買いに行くのもホテルエリアへ遊びに行くのも便利なロケーション スタッフは皆フレンドリーで親切。チェックインの際に無料WI-FIのパスワードを教えて貰えた 空港に到着する時間が遅いとか滞在期間が短い場合に限っては選んで間違いのないホテルだと思う 廊下がちょっと暗い
