The pool and hot tub were quite nice. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The hotel provided two free bottles of water - an important amenity when traveling in Mexico.

Our room had a slightly strange aroma, despite being marked as non- smoking. The price was slightly higher than the booking.com reservation indicated, even factoring in exchange rates. The restaurant food was mediocre for the price.

1) It was near the airport and the shuttle service was convenient. 2) Rooms were clean and a great size for the price. 3) The pool and veranda were quite relaxing and serene 4) It was perfect for our last night in Mexico before an early flight the next morning. It's 5 minutes from the airport.

1. Upon check in, they initially couldn't find my reservation, then I was told I'd been charged twice by booking.com. The front desk called to cancel the second for me. 2. Free Shuttle from airport

1. Had to call from airport for shuttle- very difficult. Wish I could have reserved it via email in advance. 2. TJE WORST, HARDEST BED EVER 3. THE WORST, SOFTEST PILLOW EVER 4. Room service said 20 min for quesadillas & lime soup. Had to call again after 40, took 1 hour FOR SOUP & QUESIDILLA. Outrageous. Would never ever stay again, especially for $180/night. Just awful experience.

Friendly staff, great location near airport and with easy access to beach area. Quiet. Nice pool and hot tub. Great hammocks in nice gardens with birds. Great mattress and pillows.

No terrace/ balcony from room but places to sit outside.

Lovely gardens and swimming pool which made a one night stop over selected purely because it is close to the airport far more pleasant than expected. All the staff were very helpful and we enjoyed a great breakfast too.

It was I lovely big comfortable room, very close to the airport, their shuttle bus picked me up even though my flight was 2 hours late and after the 11pm cut off as they also collected cabin crew. Very helpful staff and I ordered room service breakfast which was prompt and very good.

The manager compensated us for the problems that we had with the "Beach Club" experience.

There was no information available on the the "Beach Club" and we had several problems while trying to take advantage of it. The shuttle only takes guests there at 10:00 am and 12:00 noon. We arrived right at 12. The clerk told us that we could take a taxi there but he wasn't sure what the "Beach Club" really was. He couldn't tell us how much it would cost for food or drinks. When we arrived, we couldn't figure out what to do either. Then, apparently we were the only ones there and they forgot to pick us up at 6:00 pm. The manager gave us a discount at the restaurant to compensate us for our trouble.

Localização longe da praia e do centro da cidade.

Locatie is prima als je op doorreis bent en niet Cancun in wil (al moet je nog steeds 38 dollar voor 10 minuten met de taxi betalen). Hotel is een standaard hotelketenkamer met een goed bed.

Kamers zijn muf, omdat ramen niet open kunnen en airco waarschijnlijk zelden schoon wordt gemaakt. Ontbijt was erg karig, zeker voor een Marriott. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding valt daarom wat tegen.

La proximité de l'aéroport de cancun. ( 5 mn) La navette gratuite pour l'aéroport. Idéal entre deux avions avec parc paysagé et piscine pour se détendre.

La lenteur pour avoir un taxi afin de se rendre à cancun city.45 mn d'attente !!

Muito confortável, silencioso, limpo, possui lavanderia self-service, café e chá disponível no lobby diariamente, shuttle gratuito para o aeroporto tanto na chegada quanto na saída, quartos e banheiros amplos, limpos e confortáveis.

A localização é boa mas requer carro para as atrações turísticas e compras. Não dá para fazer nada a pé ou com transporte público.
