location ideal for touring historical points of interest. staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Good location. Close to restaurants and city center. Lots of good food choices around. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Any requests were immediately accommodated. Safe area to walk do to many restaurants. The rooms were very comfortable. The bathroom was big. Good cleaning. WI-FI in the room worked well. Not expensive breakfast, fresh juice, coffee, tea, 3 types of homemade yogurt, cereal, toast, butter, jam, honey, fruit and hot Mexican food. Good, secure parking. Large diversity of travellers from around the world. Felt safe. The beautiful city Guadalajara.

Shower in need of repair.

The only good thing about this place its the location. Close to all the main attractions in the downtown(historical squares) area like sightseeing tours and points of interest like the cathedral. Also close to many restaurants,shops and convenience stores. Lots of chinese buffets everywhere! *Safe to walk around during evenings or later(off course being alert) (during day its somehow hectic due to street vendors) *Great spot for gay couples since its close to many gay bars. Hotel also seems to be Gay Friendly

*They use the Highest Exchange rate in usd to charge the room even though it was officially lower. *Cable tv signal never worked during stay(dont spect a flat tv either) *Bath towels were old and like sandpaper. No hand towels available *Toilet paper supplied its of the lowest quality. *No electrical outlets in bathroom and only one(double) available in room. *No blankets available...just the sheets and cover(sheets were soiled) *Front desk had no clue about suggestions,taxi info or else!! *Had a "do not disturb" hanger on door but still maid came in room during my absence. They said its policy to enter rooms after 2pm regardless. *They said Check Out was at 1pm sharp but reservation said until 2:30pm *Safety Box available in room was not operational...called several times to have someone assist me with it but no one ever showed up. When I called front desk to complain, they said someone knocked my door but no answer ...even though I was in room the whole time. *Overnight staff was no use since they directed you to the day staff for answers *Even though it seems it has gone through renovations recently in rooms and lobby, it still has to work on the details!

Location close to the center of Guadalajara. Safe parking.

No internet in the room. No drinking water in the room. Very noisy place, all night party in the corridor, receptionist did nothing about it. We did get our money back for 1 night because we could not sleep at all because of the party.

We had no waterglasse in the bathroom toilet did not work no well flashing ,had to to do fixit evertime I flashed, no bathroom mates showerhead got of to the floor when I was showering ,personal did not prices for taxis ,in guadalarajara you need to now that then the taxis dont want to turn the meteron ,,in all it was a not very nice weekend in this hotel,,,,,,,,IT is not a 4 star hotel ,please never write this agian

Slow elevator

It was clean and nice. It was basic, but I just needed a place to lay my head. The location was good. It was a little dark at night walking home from the plaza, but it was okay, and I liked how close it was to the plaza. The staff was friendly. They didn't seem to know a lot about the public transportation system, but they tried to help. The internet worked well in the lobby.

The internet didn't work in the rooms. It wasn't that big of a deal because it worked well in the lobby, but it would have been a little more convenient.

The location and the price were great! The staff is friendly and helpful. Most of the the reception staff speak English.

The Wi-Fi signal is weak in several rooms on each floor - but the staff will attempt to move the customer is rooms are available. There are several rooms where the Air Conditioners are loud.

The Wi-Fi is poor. Certain rooms have a strong signal while other rooms have no signal. The A/C in the rooms on the floors directly above can be VERY loud if the person above uses the A/C. Certain nights the customer in the room above used the A/C at various times. Each time the customer above used the A/C the noise and the vibrations were enough to wake me up and keep me from going back to sleep!

Limpio, la cama olía a naranja, un olor relajante. Las señoritas muy atentas. El desayuno sencillo y muy rico. El baño amplio. Buena ubicación.

La coladera de la regadera olía un poco mal, sería conveniente poner un tapon. Y la puerta de la ducha se atoraba un poco.

Mala señal de internet

La ubicación es muy buena, precios en los alimentos son muy accesibles y el servicio al cuarto excelente.

La televisión y sus canales no se veían bien, el shampoo muy poco, las toallas rasposas.

Las habitaciones están muy amplias y comodas, el personal es muy amable, me gusto mucho las instalaciones y aparte la decoración muy bonita

La fachada por fuera, por la calle Pedro Moreno, vi y pensé que el hotel estaría muy feo pero entras y el cambiazo.

La conexion internet del hotel es pesima un solo moden para todos los pisos de hecho yo no alcanze señal en mi habitacion y el personal nunca me quizo cambiar de habitacion

La ubicación es buena en cuanto que está cerca del centro y se pudo hacer un recorrido a pie al centro histórico. El personal de recepción es amable.

Me alojé dos fines de semana y desde el primero tuve que llamar a recepción para que cambiaran las sábanas de las camas ya que había tierra y se notaba que no las limpiaron. El siguiente fin de semana tuve que llamar de nuevo ya que cuando retiré las colchas había cabellos por diferentes puntos de la cama situación que constató la camarera cuando fue a realizar el cambio de sábanas. En el baño al momento de querer utilizarlo había cabellos en la regadera y las esquinas del azulejo muy sucias, en el baño se tiraba agua no supimos si era de la taza o del lavabo, pero eso aparte de verse sucio y no nos daba el confort mínimo por el que pagamos era un peligro ya que se corría el riesgo de sufrir una caída.Cuando solicitamos alimentos al cuarto, sólo nos llevaron una parte y me quedé esperando por un vaso con hielo que se había pedido también el cuál nunca nos llevaron ni se disculparon. La comida no es muy buena. Las fotos que vienen en internet no es la realidad del hotel. La verdad quedamos adisgusto con ése hotel. No volveremos a hospedarnos ahí por lo cuál no lo recomendamos para nada. Para contestar la pregunta que viene abajo....recomiendo Guadalajara pero no el Hotel Dalí Plaza.
