Staff was nice and attentive. Good location. Bed was good Air conditioner was not very good. Furniture is old and room smelled a little musty.

Great location! Very clean, nice and really good ambience. Food was excellent and very reasonable. Front desk personnel were most helpful and courteous. Pool was not very warm.

Very convenient and staff were very helpful. Rooms comfortable and quiet. Would have liked a tea or coffee maker in our room or common coffee pot for guests. Hot tub/jacuzzi should be hot.When I called number given to get towels for pool there was no reply. Telephone in room could be more user friendly for foreign visitors. Longitude and latitude coordinates were incorrect with our GPS.(tom-tom).

L'ambiance un peu désuète, palace des années 80, la situation géographique en plein coeur de Guadalajara, le parking Petit déjeuner un peu cher, il faut vérifier si ce qu'on a dans l'assiette correspond à ce qu'on a demandé !

Le lieu, central Ils ont une piscine et tourbillon, et l'eau est froide, et ils ne me l'ont pas dit! Je me suis acheté un mailhot juste pour me détendre là, et malheur, je n'ai pas pu. à la réception, la dame m'a dit que c'est toujours comme ça, je devrais le savoir.....

Buena ubicación, en el Centro Histórico de la ciudad. Los taxis no son caros en Guadalajara así es que se puede mover fácilmente a otros lugares de la ciudad. En el mismo hotel trabaja el Sr. Manuel que tiene un taxi y puede llevarlos a varios lugares por trabajo o turismo. La Piscina está entre edificios y no le llega sol. Sólo tienen desayuno buffet cuando hay muchos pasajeros. El resto del tiempo hay desayuno a la carta.

Fuimos tratados muy amablemente por el personal, tanto del hotel como del restaurante, siempre prestos a orientarte en cualquier duda que se presentó, las habitaciones cómodas y limplias. Que las habitaciones que tienen sofá-cama es muy incómodo para poder descansar, sería excelente cambiarlos por cama

Hotel espetacular, localizacao perfeita As coordenadas de gps estao erradas na pagina do booking. O local aonde esta o ponto de gps e distante e num bairro de classe baixa. Nao siga pelo gps ate la.

El lobby y el la arquitectura del hotel, están muy bonitas tiene buena ubicación la piscina esta muy limpia Me pareció que las camas están muy duras(el colchón)

Solo la ubicación, muy cerca del centro. Pesimo.. Al entrar nos dieron la hab. Hasta las 16.30 hrs. No la habian barrido, el baño sucio y No cambiarón las fundas de las almohadas. (Hasta que me acoste me percate de eso), Las limpian demasiado tarde, tienen poco personal. Y a la salida ya estaban tocando la puerta a las 10.00 hrs. Con mucha descortesia y no recomiendo este hotel.
