The friendliness & helpfulness of all staff. They went well out of their way to make me feel welcome & even helped, as I, a non Spanish speaker, got things wrong. Felt I was with old friends instead of people I knew for only five days. |

The large room was very clean and adaquately appointed, with updated decor and tv and laminate flooring. The king-size bed was very comfortable with 3 pillows. Bathroom was quite large with marble flooring and a large shower with plenty of hot water. Someone even thought of having a small halogen light above the bathroom mirror. Staff was very cordial especially since it appeared the same people closed late and opened early. Wake-up call was right on time. The buffet breakfast was open promptly at 7am and had quite an ample selection of hot and cold items in a pleasant dining area. Free internet available with 3-4 pc'S. I would absolutely recommend this hotel--a tremendous value for its location and amenities. As noted in other reviews, other than opening windows there is no allowance for air circulation and some could find the rooms a bit stuffy, but this is a minor criticism. Having lived in the area previously, I strongly recommend to close all windows well before dusk to avoid the problem of mosquitos in the room. They can drive you positively crazy at night! There are no window screens and they are not a common feature, from what I've seen in Mexico. In any event, it will serve you well to methodically and thoroughly search the room and swat them before turning off the lights! |

good hotel location in the zona rosa, especially the private parking lot comes in handy when you've rented a car (not very keen on leaving the car outside at night). very friendly staff and clean room. was 845MXN pesos or 45€ for 1night including good breakfast buffet, which is about 30 to 50percent more than similar hotels we visited outside Mexico City, but maybe this is related to prices being higher in the capital? |

I enjoyed the quality of the bed and room and the attitude of the staff - and the breakfast. I was very pleased with my experience there and would be happy to book a stay there again. This isn't a luxury hotel and it isn't a hostel. It is comfortable. |

the staff gave me the information on what I needed Yes, there was a weird smell in my room, like a tipical substance that is used against insects or rats. But really strong. And I could not graduate the temperature of the room. |

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was able to speak English or call someone who could. I had set aside 50 pesos for the cleaning woman who took care of my room but found it missing and when I asked about it, was given my money back by management. This is unusual and shows a real effort to be a family-like hotel. |

I suggest to book rooms directly with the hotel. Direct booking is approx. 15% cheaper than with Booking.com |

Henkilökunnan palvelu oli erinomaista. Buffet-aamupala oli hyvä ja kuului hintaan. Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen ja hinta-laatusuhde loistava. Respassa ei voinut vaihtaa euroja paikalliseen valuuttaan. |

Las personas de la recepciòn, siempre dispuestas a colaborar, muy atentas y amables. No me gusto el cuidado del cuarto, pues hacen el aseo muy tarde asi que permanece la habitaciòn sin atenciòn casi todo el dia. |
