very nice, very clean rooms, AC, every day new towels, roof terrace to hang out, store across the street, good value for money (got a cheap deal through booking), across the fairy to isla mujeres, friendly and helpful staff, possible to book tours (e.g. to chitzen itza) through them - overall very satisfied and highly recommended!

it didn't bother us, but it's not in the hotel zone and a little outside the center of the town so you have to take a cab or bus to go to the beach / center - both cheap though

Very nice and clean hotel. Probably the best value hotel in whole Cancún.

Puerto Juarez isn't that much of a beautiful place to stay. That's probably why you pay less than in the hotels at the zona hotelera.

Breakfast the same every day((

Great value, friendly staff, clean room overlooking the beach was bigger than expected, working fan and a/C. Although the location seems like middle of nowhere, you have Oxxo store just across the street and several restaurants along the beach line. There are taxis waiting 24 hrs and those on budget may want to take local buses. We also liked the light, continental breakfast served in hotel.

The only drawback was poor wifi signal on upper floors.

We liked the fact that the Del Sol had clean rooms at a great price. We don't stay in our rooms very much and had to stay a few days in a hotel until our timeshare was ready. We liked the open veranda with tables and chairs that was on our floor right outside our room where we could have a smoke and a beer. This little hotel is a great place to start out at. It is right across from the ferry to Isla Majeres and we took advantage of the fact the next day after our arrival. The staff was friendly and catered to our needs. I asked for extra blankets and we go them promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

We didn't like the fact that the internet did not work in our rooms. Worked great in the lobby though where you could take your laptop and sit on comfy chairs and do your business. They also have a computer in the lobby. Computer at this little hotel is free. So that was a plus! The free breakfast is light; toast, orange juice and coffee. For us, we would rather go out...so no big deal. It was enough to have something on our tummys before hitting the street.

Some of the descriptions say they have a pool which they do not. Also says they have a phone and hdtv bit not so.

1. Rooms are good, quiet and comfortable, it has all basic needs, shower is good and hot, bed is ok (someone wrote that it's too firm, it was ok for me) 2. Breakfast is good, enough to feed 90kg guy 3. Hotel has own parking 4. Small shop (Oxxo) is just few steps away from hotel 5. Taxi to ADO station cost 30 peso (usually 1 of 2 taxi drivers agree to this price) 6. There is a cheap laundry nearby (10peso/kg),ask hotel stuff, it's close to ferry to isla mujeres and has black gates.

1. No WiFi in rooms. Probably it could be found only on closest to lobby rooms. Everybody who lived on 2nd floor was sitting in lobby because they hadn't WiFi 2. Only 3 restaurants nearby and they all are closing at 7pm, so you'll probably need to go to downtown. But restaurant nearby are really good. I recommend Ciosco Verde, it's cheap with tasty seafood.

Cost

Website misleading. No bar. No restaurant-limited breakfast (definately no room service), staff were not fluent bilingual, very uncomfortable beds, extremely noisy (no sound proof rooms), ocean view room misleading (could barely see the ocean), HDTV but only 3 english speaking channels playing the same thing over and over, asked for iron and told that laundry mat close who could iron it,

The staff is quite friendly It's clean Not very expensive for Cancun

Very nice room for the money. All facilities - air con, phone, tv, nice bathroom, toiletries, good shower.

There was some noise from the water pump upstairs.

Ideální výchozí místo pro návštěvu Isla Mujeres, ferry terminál přímo naproti hotelu. Smluvní taxi na letiště v 5 ráno stálo 250 MXN.

Neatraktivní lokalita, ale na pár nocí OK. Na recepci ne vždy anglicky mluvící personál.

Es un muy buen hotel, su calidad supera su precio. Esta justo enfrente de la Marina Puerto Juarez, tiene una tienda de conveniencia enfrente y un restaurant de mariscos muy bueno.

Las camas son un poco duras para mi gusto. El desayuno deberían de variarlo un poco.

Bardzo ładny, świeżo wyremontowany hotel z doskonałą lokalizacją naprzeciw portu z promami na Isla Mujeres. Blisko hotelu plaza publiczna, choć lepiej popłynąć na wyspę i rozkoszować się cudownymi plażami. Niezłe śniadanie w cenie noclegu. Bardzo uczynna i miła obsługa. Najładniejszy hotel, na który trafiliśmy podczas naszej podróży po Meksyku.

Daleko do Centrum. Taksówkarz z lotniska (TAXI Colectivo) nie dość, że zażądał najpierw kwoty jak za prywatną taksówkę 850 MXN, to co gorsza zażądał dodatkowej opłaty 250 MXN. Była 22-ga , więc trudno dyskutować... 1100 MXN za dowóz do hotelu to przesada, nawet z lotniska. Dodatkowo błądził i nie mógł znaleźć hotelu... Powrót taksówką prywatną wziętą z portu to tylko 250 MXN.

Próximo ao Porto Juarez, ótima loclaização para ir a Isla das Mujeres. Passa ônibus em frente. Tem ponto de táxi (o táxi é bem barato). Ótimo preço comparando a outros hotéis de Cancun. Café da manhã simples (torrada, café, leite, iogurte e sucrilhos).

Einfach, sauber und gut. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Kostenloses WiFi. Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen im Internet nicht verstehen. Was will man von so einem günstigen Hotel alles bekommen? 500m vom Hotel entfernt ist ein kleiner Strand mit einfachen Lokalen, gegenüber kommt man gleich mit dem Schiff zur Isla Mujeres.

Me gusto la limpieza,esta un poquito distante del aeropuerto pero con las buseticas y los buses te trasladas a cualquier lugar,es un lugar tranquilo y agradable si se quiere economizar

Ellos podrían prohibir fumar en las habitaciones ya que ese olor queda y es un poco desagradable y no es saludable,lo otro es que podrían mejorar el desayuno con frutas o huevos
