The view from the room was amazing! The kingsize bed was very comfortable. The staff was nice and always very helpful. We would recommend this hotel to our friends.
It was a bit difficult to get to the hotel by a public bus, beacuse no one was able to tell us its number. Now, we know, it is an '8' and it goes directly from the central de autobuses to the hotel (it costs only 7 pesos per person). The kitchen was small and a bit out of date, but we were able to prepare some lunch and dinner. There were some ants in the bathroom and kitchen, getting to our food (so we had to throw away few products).
My stay at the Dolphin Cove was excellent. The staff was very professional and extremely helpful to a first time visitor to Manzanillo. Special thanks to Irving and Cynthia for above and beyond attention to our needs.
The view was lovley very quiet loved that it had a kitchenette
The room was fair not updated as I saw in photos on line. I understand they are making upgrades but out TV only go 3 fuzzy channels not the 4 star that I expected more like3
view on the ocean and beach - Room was very comfortable - Staff was nice
Breakfast was not excellent - Price was a little too high Swimming pool always crowded !
Flowers blooming on the grounds were beautiful. Berry juice at breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly.
Spotty Internet, slow restaurant service, not a pretty swimming beach. We are mobile so fine with stairs but if you have any trouble walking this is not the place for you. Furnishings were tired.
Fantastic Location. very nice room. very private patio, excellent unobstructed view. All the stairs kept us in shape from all the dinners etc in the restaurant. The housekeeping staff are excellent. We would definitely return
the room is a bit old could use some updating
The peacefulness of the resort.
good pool breakfasts quiet
stairs everywhere not a great beach
Great room, great view, beach, restaurant and very nice staff. The room was well equipped and spotlessly clean.
Lots and lots of stairs (only a warning to less healthy guests), also quite remote, but not a negative to us.
The view was fantastic, the pool and beach were great. The grounds were beautiful and the food was good.
Beds were very hard. Restaurant was very slow.
beautiful rooms, nice beach, good breakfast, nice staff
all the noise from the mega resort next door until 3 am came home tired.
View, balcony, king bed, kitchen altho super scanty
Only buffet choice for breakfast, incredible disco noise saturday afternoon and again that night until 3 A.M. coming from las hadas. The night before it was disco music from down the beach. Can't go to dinner at las hadas without a 400 peso chit. We checked out after that night of torture disco. I am a friend of karen brown's aunt who co- authored her mexico book and my husband and I are seasoned mexico travelers.
