Very good,

“ I loved the 17th century atmosphere of the building. Room design was perfect. Attendants were really helpful and friendly. Roof top swimming pool and jacuzzi well designed. Vertical garden was amazing. I loved being in the center of Mexico City, walking around for shopping, eating, drinking and near all historic buildings and museums. ”

Everything was great, especially the staff (very kind and helpful) Even though the food was good, and seemed fresh, I didn't not have food anywhere else and still got back home with "digestive problems". I'm assuming it was the green salad from the hotel's restaurant that I had that evening (never drank water from the tank either)... Maybe something worth having a look into?

the location, in the center, near the Zocalo. An old Palace, transformed in an hotel. The noise bin nthe the room. For an hotel considered as a small luxury hotel. The presence of two important restaurants at the ground flloor, make the room amazingly noisy up to veryu late. It is impossible to sleep without earplug and there is no airconditionning...a shame for an hotel offring room at this price

Vertical garden was amazing. I loved being in the center of Mexico City, walking around for shopping, eating, drinking and near all historic buildings and museums. The only thing I will suggest to change is the fan in the room, either change it to air conditioner or a less noisy fan. Also, I would suggest to offer breakfast in the roof top by the swimming pool during sunny days, otherwise the actual location is fine.

An old buiding with two courtyards has been restored . In the corutyards are two restaurants, on the first floor, bars, shops ...On the second floor is the hotel with his own restaurant. The bar and swimming pool are on the roof. As an architect I liked the building and the style of decoration. The hotel was published in 'Design Hotel Books'. The staff is very nice and helpfull. If you don't stay at this hotel I advise to visit and see it. Because of the restaurants and bars was the hotel very noisy. Especially at the weekends, it was impossible to sleep till 3.00 A.M. During the week, there was sometimes the same problem. At last night we had to sleep in another room, because the bar in our cortyard was very crowded. There was an echo. They didn't used double glazed windows, you can hear everthing. The rooms were very dark, they used window shades , it was difficult to see the skylight. In the rooms were no walls, the toilets were open,I don't find open toiletts hygiene.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly. There was an extremely(!) loud party on the rooftop in the evening. Since the preparations started during daytime we were not able to properly use the pool and jacuzzi. As a side note the WiFi was not working.

Stunning building .very stylish.interesting setup . eg in shopping archade. When I was taken ill the staff were excellent , calling the red cross & allowing us to stay in the room , well past checkout time. so I could rest for as long as possiblebefore my flight. the VERY loud Disco at night (we think it was in the actual building) , the ear plugs in the room warned us it was likely to be a noisy night. we had no idea how loud it was going to be!!

We loved the design and look of the hotel. The breakfast was great and the woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful. It would be nice to have a light come on as you enter the rooms. It was difficult to find the switch after dark.

Great historical building. Very good, smart interior design. Extremelly dark inside rooms, elevators, top lounge area. Even the staff complains. Rationed bath water. No air-conditioned: the 2 fans, afterall, were too noisy. All in all, I had an unpleasant sleep. Obs: The bed was great, yet all the 4 pillows were too thick; they should allow you the choice of thinner pillows.

Location, near to central historic center and walkingdistance to many attractions. Design at the hotel is very facinating, except that the lightning was not very generous, too much design on that part. The staff was very friendly and serviceminded. It is a lot of noise from the the restaurant and terrace. Especially where we had our room. We had a room without windows, which make it very dark. The light was not generous. The swimmingpool did not encourage us to take a swim, is looks like dirty or not cleaned for som time. The water seems muddy.
