hidden paradise, didn't know you were right by a road swimming pool hammocks
Comfortable clean rooms. Lovely courtyard garden setting (with pool). Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Location very handy for the bus station (5 minutes walk) but otherwise not a particularly attractive area of Cancun, i.e. not on the beach.
Cheap hotel, clean, friendly staff. Easy to catch a taxi into shops or the hotel zone or can easily jump on a bus which pass every 5 minutes. Restaurants, laundromat nearby. 5 mins drive to ferry port. Breakfast was good with freshly squeezed juice.
Near centre of Cancun - more authentic Mexico Little oasis in a big city Handy for Isla Mujeres
If the room faces the road, can hear traffic.
The hotel's atmosphere, set within a "mini-forest" with trees in the centre of town, was lovely and relaxing.
The courtyard was a quiet, peaceful place to relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient.
Book this hotel if you love adventure! This hotel is close to EVEYWHERE you wish to go in cancun! My best advice is rent a car from eurocar (ask the front desk lady) and they will give you a good rate! And drive around the city. From this hotel you can go anywhere in a not too long distance! And I really love the set up and environment of this place! Staff are super nice and welcoming too! Love love love! Will be back for sure!!
No elevator...steep flights of stairs.
Garden greenery, fountain and tranquil setting in a noisy city.
The garden is lovely and the staff is helpful and friendly.
Beautiful gardens and huge comfortable beds. Kitchen could use a coffeemaker at least!
Poor breakfast.. Swimming pool is very small.. The jakozy doesn't work and empty.
The room is very nice with good space but with a very poor kitchen.
Very individual, and lovely compared to the monster hotel blocks along the coast. We were staying there on our way to Tulum so it was perfect to be close the ADO station. Very friendly staff, lovely breakfast and a clean, cool room.
The attention given by the staff and the peacefulness of the gardens. Having hamooks was a very special note. Small but very confortable and the caring for the environment
Nothing bad to report. If you're looking for a beach getaway, this isn't it, but if you want a nice relaxing and unique place to stay in the city, go with this hotel.
I'm so glad I stayed here instead of in the hotel zone. This place felt like a lovely oasis in downtown Cancun and the staff were lovely from beginning to end. The hotel is also located very close to the ADO bus station, which made it easy to catch my transportation to Tulum.
Our room was musty, ac was minimally functional, shower was a trickle, sink backed up. We called all of this to the attention of the management the next am and they were apologetic and adjusted our bill.
Beautiful property, lovely courtyard.
There are apparently two rooms without a kitchenette - and I got one. No choice in the matter, no tea or coffee facilites in room No bar or restaurant on site.
Peaceful green oasis in the midst of downtown Cancun. Good breakfast as large room with adequate if not powerful shower.
Do not use recommendations of staff for restaurants.
Very close to ADO bus station and local transportation
Everything was good. We have no complaints whatsoever.
We loved the lush vegetation, the peaceful ambiance, the large rooms, the tasty breakfasts, the focus on ecology, the great location near the bus station, the great massage, the friendliness of the staff....everything!
I only intended to stay the night, so this was not much of an issue for me. However if you were planning to spend a lot of time in Cancun, the hotel was a bit off the beaten path
I had the most wonderful massage for an unbelievably inexpensive rate! The manager also was quite helpful when I had an issue with using an international credit card. The grounds were jungly and gorgeous; very well maintained. It had a beautiful hacienda style; not like those cookie-cutter resort hotels. Finally, the breakfast was scrumptious!! I had huevos rancheros which was included with the price of the room
A bit pricey for my budget
Quiet, clean and convenient
Quite noisy if your bedroom is near the restaurant where breakfast is served & slow service
Good central location, near the bus station.
Intermittent hot water in shower, and the kitchenette was a plug in countertop 2 burner stovetop, sink and mini fridge, adequate for snacks, but I wouldn want to have to prepare a meal. There are, however, so many restaurants, street vendors and markets within walking distance, and so inexpensive, we only used the fridge to store drinks.
Charming boutique hotel, clean, free delicious breakfast. Lovely central garden surrounded by rooms that each face the garden. Lovely staff. This is not an American type resort, but we are traveling in Mexico and wanted a more authentic experience. We would definitely stay here again.
Location to ADO Bus Station and the setting with trees and greenery.
The hotel is very convenient to stay in if you are travelling to or from Cancun. The garden is like a jungle and that gives the hotel a relaxed feeling that makes you forget that you are in central Cancun.
Lovely, quiet place to sit out and relax yet so close to the amenities. Very handy for bus station if travelling
