The gardens were beautiful

The staff is so poorly trained that there was a "could care less" attitude. Breakfast? It consisted of coffee and white toast. Juice had to be requested and was made from a powder - undrinkable. An order of eggs cost 1000. pesos (abt $8.50 us) Pillows & bed extremely uncomfortable. No Wifi

The massage provided was a really good one (count about 500$m)

The pool was empty when we arrived, we had to ask them to fill it. We could felt a really lack of enthusiasm from the team. Not what we were expecting.

Beautiful garden, close to city centre

The staff could only speak Spanish. No hot water in the bathroom. Poor breakfast.

They advertise continental breakfast, it only includes coffe and a toast with jelly (which has flies). I asked staff if they had more jelly with no flies and they said to eat butter instead!. They should not advertise for continental breakfast, is terrible. They turn off the hot water, we all got cold showers. Our room was infested with mosquitoes which they later fumigated. Use another hotel.

Lovely setting very close to the centre of the town. Friendly and attentive staff. Large airy rooms which were a little basic, but clean and comfortable. Perfect for a short stay in town close to restaurants and attractions. Good accommodation for the price.

The inclusive breakfast was a little spartan at just crisp bread, butter and jam...but it was ok and there was as much coffee as I could drink!. Air conditioning was a little noisy, but it did the job.

The place appeared to have been abandoned. Very basic room, uncomfortable bed with plastic sheets. Dry cracker and instant coffee for breakfast.

The hotel was not able to process credit cards. First they told me my credit card is invalid (the only answer you get when a credit card does not work for any reason) , but happily also the credit card of another person did not work - the infrastructure of the hotel was not ok. Also the booking itself was strange. In the booking was told that the price of the first night will be charged at the day of booking. But when we are there they want to us to pay the first night. Back at home I found out that it was not charged in advance - but this was totally confusing and makes me feel bad - you think you have to pay twice (or not at all). The mainly speak French.

Le jardin ...qui est magnifique. Les chambres dans des petites maisonnettes reparties dans le jardin.

Les lits étaient particulièrement incorfortables, des ressorts trés durs un peu partout qui grinçaient affreusement.Matelas en mauvais état. Le seul endroit ou notre carte banquaire n'a pas fonctionnée ...(?!) donc pas mal de souci pour arriver a avoir la chambre, du temps perdu a courir aprés des distributeurs (2) qui ne fonctionnaient pas ... séjour a Izamal gaché par tout cela ... heureusement ils ont acceptés des Euros, merci à eux car sinon nous étions à la rue ! Ceci dit, dans l'ensemble, la prestation ne vaut pas le prix demandé.

Personnel ne sachant pas nous renseigner sur la ville, restaurant, sortie, visite. Etonnant. Petit dejeuner tres pauvre pour les prestations annonces, 2 tartines un cafe, pas de lait pour les enfant juste un verre d eau

La chambre était située au calme dans un beau jardin tropical. Bon confort et déco simple mais agréable.

Le petit déjeuner était vraiment très basique. La piscine était inutilisable et l'entretien général laissait un peu à désirer

Nada. Habitación con poca limpieza. Hotel dejado por estar fuera de temporada. Desayuno nefasto. Sin nevera, sin caja fuerte en la habitación

Bonne situation geographique

Pas de personnel une seule personne a la réception totalement incompétente et sans aucune bonne volonté a notre égard ( ne parle pas anglais et ne cherche pas a comprendre) Le pauvre petit déjeuner un cafe avec un toast et un beurre limite mangeable (ou une biscotte le deuxième jour car plus de pain de mie malgré le fait que nous étions les seuls clients une famille de 6) Petit jardin et piscine vide a l arrivée pas exploitable le soir car lampadaire éteint Le deuxième jour les chambres ne sont pas faite alors qu initialement ce n était deja pas propre Avons été extrement déçu sur trois semaines de voyages ce fut le seul l Hotel ldécevant a tout point il ne correspond pas du tout a l idée que l on peut se faire de l Hotel avec les photos sur booking.fr nous ne comprenons pas ce que fait l Hotel sur booking.fr

Siamo stati estremamente delusi dall'Hotel Itzamaltub. Infatti, dopo averci mostrato le due camere rriservate, come richiesto abbiamo pagato subito il conto. In realta' dopo poco ci siamo ersi conto che il condizionatore in una stanza non funzionava. Ci e' stata quindi data una nuova stanza. Nuovamente, poco dopo, il condizioantore si e' rotto e, al momento della doccia, abbiamo riscontarto che nel bagno non vi era acqua (in nessun punto del bagno). L'hotel non e' stato in grado di risolvere i problemi: ci hanno quindi detto, con dichiarazione scritta dell'hotel che la mattina seguente, prima di partire, ci avrebbero restituto il prezzo della camera non utilizzata e abbiamo quindi deciso di rinunciare ad una stanza e di dormire in quattro ersone nell'unica stanza funzionante. In realta' la mattina successiva la receptionist (che aveva firmato la dichiarazione di restituzione del prezzo) non era presente e l'incarito dell'hotel presente ci ha fatto andar via senza alcuna restituzione. siamo cosi' stati costrettio a porgere denuncia alla polizia. E' la prima volta che incorriamo in un furto da parte dell'hotel. Abbiamo a disposizione, da trasmettervi, sia la denuncia alla polizia che la dichiarazione dui restituzione del prezzo della stanza mai utilizzata. Riteniamo che un tale hotel non possa rientare nel servizio booking. com

Las instalaciones y el servicio

En general el Hotel está bien cuidado, los jardines son espléndidos y aunque los cuartos no están bien equipados (falta luz para leer por ejemplo) están limpios. El personal es más o menos amable.

El desayuno es realmente miserable, dos rebanadas de pan tostado y un café. Para los niños no se ofrece nada de tomar y si pide uno una rebanada más de pan tostado la respuesta es: "el pan está contado y no se puede ofrecer más".

El hotel es muy bonito, con mucha vegetación. Las habitaciones son como cabañitas muy chulas.

Elegimos este hotel porque tenia piscina y al llegar la piscina estaba vacia. La dueña nos dijo que no ocurre nunca y que lo sentia mucho y despues de negociarlo nos rebajó el precio un poco por este incidente. El precio que ofrece booking no estaba actualizado. Nos querian cobrar 100 pesos más por la habitacion.

Sehr schöne Anlage und nette und saubere Zimmer.

Todos fueron muy amables, las instalaciones siempre estan limpias y a disposición. Responden a tus necesidades y se interesan x tu bienestar. Te sientes como en casa y disfrutas de sus jardines y de la ciudad, que también es hermosa y tranquila.

Hôtel très bien situé à 400 m du centre ville, très calme dans un jardin de plantes très bien entretenu. Chambre très typique mexicain, ou l'on ressent un caractère religieux assez pieu.

Pas d'eau chaude ni le soir ni le matin bien que le fait ait été signalé. Odeur de renferme dans la chambre Présence de moustiques sans rien pour les traiter

Unser Hotelzimmer war extrem dreckig. In der Bettwäsche haben - den unzähligen Haaren nach zufolge, die sich noch auf Kopfkissen und unter der Bettdecke befanden - vermutlich schon mehrere Gäste übernachtet, vornehmlich welche mit schwarzen Haaren. Auch die Badetücher waren vermutlich nicht gewaschen worden. Es befanden sich außerdem viele Moskitos im Zimmer. Das war wirklich ein kleines dreckiges Horror-Hotel. Ich kann jedem nur abraten dieses Hotel zu buchen und hoffe dass dieses von booking.com auch zeitnah rausgenommen wird!! Wir haben eine Rundreise auf der Yucatan Halbinsel gemacht und waren in insgesamt sieben Hotels, die alle preislich auf dem selben Niveau lagen. Alle anderen Hotels waren ordentlich und sauber, das eine etwas schöner, das andere etwas weniger schön, das hier bewertete Hotel war leider der totale Reinfall.

El hotel es acogedor, con muchas plantas, naturaleza y una piscina agradable. La persona que da los masajes es muy buena.
