The staff was great! The room was big and luxe with a view on Paseo de Montejo. We got a welcome drink at the bar and where close to a nice italian restaurant. The swimmingpool is in the shade of two buildings. It was very hard to find the hotel while there are 4 calle 41.

I like everything about this hotel. All of the staff was totally outstanding and helpful in every way. Thank you Luis and Patricia. It was very clean and well maintain....everything was spotless. The location was great as we could walk to everything. The buffet breakfast was a+ and gave us the opportunity to try different Mexican food and the service was a + as well. We will go back to this hotel when we return to Merida. We love this hotel!

Extremely pleasant reception staff. Nice location, free parking and good wifi Internet in the rooms. Rooms overlooking Paseo de Montejo might be little bit noisy because of the horse carriages.

Its location on the Paseo de Montejo is prime. Staff was very helpful My only complaint was the lack of comfortable seating in the room. The designer furniture looks great but is not comfortable for a good ole relaxin read. The pool wasn't as clean as it could have been

the staff was super nice and helpful. the locasion is not that good. it is hard to walk at the day time to the senter deacause of the heat. the texis are not excpensive so it easnt that bad.

Lo recomiendo bastante, el personal es muy atento ,las habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas y el hotel esta muy bien ubicado en la avenida principal de Merida cerca de restaurantes,bares,tiendas y ademas ofrecen tours a atracciones turísticas importantes.

Era tutto stupendo, la camera e anche l'albergo, posizione ottima perché sulla via di fronte all'hotel si è svolto il carnevale... Lo staff è gentilissimo e Luis è il boss in tutto! Tu chiedi e lui fa! (Anche troppo!) Oltre al lavoro è stato anche un amico! Unica nota negativa, ma preciso che ho girato 5 alberghi in Messico e tutti hanno lo stesso problema, un po' di odore in bagno dato dagli scarichi. Tutto sopportabile comunque... E va via subito appena accendi la ventola

parcheggio privato, staff molto gentile e disponibile per tutte le informazioni necessarie, stanza ampia e comoda. La colazione a buffet, non inclusa nel prezzo della stanza, e' molto ricca ma non prevede un'opzione solo continentale (che sia meno costosa di quella completa).

La cama muy buena, realmente se descansa muy bien. La ubicación es excelente. El bellman excelente muy servicial, no recuerdo su nombre. El lavamanos afuera del baño. El baño en si es pequeño.
