Great care from the staff. Fantastic value for money with the all inclusive. Rooms and bathrooms might need a bit of a refurbishment but cannot complain seeing the price we paid. A small issue with loud music in pool area from 8h30 am..but it was immediatly sorted by the staff and did not occur the following day

Fantastic dedicated and hard working staff ! Great value for money. Super location. Great for airport, bus station and obviously the marina. The hotels organize shuttles and activities to reach the malecon. Bathrooms could do with a refurbishment but matches what we paid for

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was nice. The weather was a bit cool the first night, but there is not much you can do about that. Room needed some renovation. The kitchen had no fridge, and no glasses for water in the rooms. The bed was okay but short on blankets. The blankets seemed to be for a smaller bed. I am not sure what was " superior " about the room.

Hotel staff was very friendly We didn't like the room that we stayed in - for the price we were playing, I expected more than a bare minimum room. Also, the activities seemed better suited to kids than adults.

C'est un endroit super, tout en ayant une vue sur la marina Vallarta, à l'hôtel, nous avons accès à la plage (l'autre côté de la rue environ 500 pieds), piscine, restaurant, bar, vue sur Vallarta. SUPER

J ai beaucoup aime la disponibilite du personnel et notamment celui de Marciano, charge de nous montrer notre chambre. La decoration de la chambre est de tres bon gout. Quelques petits details : - Connexion wifi seulement dans les espaces communes, c est a dire au rez de chaussee - Matelas du lit assez dur donc mal dormi (avis perso) - Pas de seche cheveux. Pour le prix des chambres, ils peuvent se le permettre ! - Prix des consommations au bar ( pour exemple : 1 verre de coca cola 25 pesos)

Las instalaciones en general, son muy buenas pero tambien se nota que es un hotel que le falta mucho mantenimento... El personal de reepcion, es muy desorganizado en su administracion, parecen que no saben bien lo que tienen que hacer... Y culpa de ellos tuvimos varias molestias o inconvenientes en los dias que nos hospedamos
