Good location, beautiful beach, very hard working staff and friendly. Good value close proximity of Zihuatenejo, which allows lots of typical local Mexican experiences Incredible local bus service.

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy llamativas y acojedoras, el servicio al huesped me impresiono mucho por parte de la entrada del hotel y del servicio al cuarto, asi como del restaurante, pero sobre todo el detalle que tuvo la recamarera de dejar un mensage junto a un adorno de toalla con flores, me encanto ese detalle tan lindo. El servicio de registro al hotel no me impresiono para nada, la recepcionista que me atendio no sonrio para nada, no me dio gusto con lo que le pedi y tampoco me respondia a lo que yo le preguntaba, por lo que volvi a la recepcion a hablar con alguien mas, pero me salio peor la cosa, porque el muchacho con el que hable no sabia ni lo que me estaba diciendo. En lo personal, creo que este hotel deberia de tener personal mas capacitado para atender la recepcion, ya que es el lugar que mas visita uno para cualquier asunto relacionado con el hotel.

we like that is not all-inclusive entirely----we just wanted a nice comfortable place that had a wonderful ocean view--our room was large, very comfortable bed with a great shower! perfect location! the air conditioning has issues---very mildewy & smelly---needs cleaning for guests with breathing problems--bathroom fan didn't work--added to the problem----also the loud music at night should be turned down--and if you're trying to get mature american guests--NO ONE likes musc after 11:00 or midnight! ----at the pool, there were lots of chairs both sun and shade---but please clean the bird poop off them every day!

We liked the fact we could drink in the pool and relax so close to the beach The food wasn't very good (probably the worst we have had in mexico) and we chose to eat elsewhere for the rest of our stay.

The top few floors are fairly newly remodeled and the rooms are excellent, from the 6th floor down the rooms are just ok. When you check in ask for a room on the top couple of floors.
