Rooms were nice and good lighting for work and bed very comfortable - best part was superb breakfasts very surprised that there was no bar in the hotel and the area behind the hotel is not so good |

Nice hotel in a good location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet. Even standard rooms are very small. Many staff members speak very little or no English. |

The hotel is very well presented and the staff are excellent. The location is ideal for walking and the taxi's at the hotel are very safe for evening forays. The size of the standard room is very cramped for two people. |

Room was very nicely furnished and well-equipped. Also it was quiet and smoke free. Very conveniently located on the Reforma. Attentive staff. Room was smallish for two people but nevertheless very comfortable. |

Conceirge was very helpful and probably the only one who spoke good English. Yes rooms are too small and no room for luggage and the wardrobe too small. |

The room was comfortable with free internet access. The room cleaning service was very good and discrete. The hotel has a nice location on Reforma. To use the hotel facilities (room service, minibar etc) a credit card guarantee is not enough, one has actually to sign a 1000-pesos "voucher". |

La atencion del personal de botones y recepcion es excelente, se siente uno bien atendido a las necesidades La cama para una habitacion doble no es nada comfortable son muy angostas para dos personas |

朝食のバイキングがおいしかった。チェックアウト日は４時半に出発だったがタクシーも２４時間常駐している- とのことで困らなかった。（値段も空港からのタクシーと大差なかった） 一人で宿泊するには問題ない程度だが、部屋は若干せまい。 |

O café da manhã pela variedade e atendimento. A qualidade da imagem da televisão. A limpeza e qualidade do material de banho. Oferta de alguns videos (filmes e, principalmente, documentário sobre o Mexico cidade e país) para utilização do aparelho de video-tv. |

Tres bel hotel art deco, bien entretenu a l'interieur avec un restaurant first class (Gaudi) . Wireless fonctionne presque partout y compris dans les chambres sauf celles eloignees du bussiness center. Un petit accrochage avec le responsable du bar qui est venu jusque dans la rue nous reclamer...la tasse de the que ma femme avait emporte pour fumer une cigarette dehors. (L'hotel etant non fumeur). La rudesse et l'agressivite de ce barman etait loin de refleter la qualite generale de l'hotel |
